Its Wells-Fargo and they are the absolute worst people to have to deal with. I didn't even take a loan with them. They took over my student loans when the company i used went belly-up. They have been a complete pain in the rear from day one. And how they apply your funds is ridiculous. I have 3 loans with them and they have a tendency to take my payments and apply them to the loans that are already current and let the loans that are outstanding remain overdue. How much sense does that make? Even when your payments are current they still call and harass you. Endlessly.  I've gotten called up to 5 times in the span of a few hours and they ALWAYS call while i'm at work. Keep it up and i won't have a paycheck to pay you from.

I totally agree with you. Now a days I make payments on time. But during my bad days they have treated me really bad. And I hope nobody gets loan from them.

Something calls? Might not even be a person on the other end because we answer, they listen, and they hang up.

This is a call center wishing to seek clients who are behind on student loan payments.
We asked to be removed from their calling list because the number they are calling is a business.
Bethany said that this is the number someone must have given them so that is why they are calling.
Bethany said she will do a search of the phone number "to see if" they can get the number removed from their system. If not, they are sorry.
Hmm...not a good enough answer! Wells Fargo has the ability to remove a phone number from their auto-dialer but are choosing to "see about if they can".  Hmm.  Do the right thing and remove the number. Then, don't call again.  End of story.

Called didn't leave message.

I have never taken out a loan from Wells Fargo, but I keep getting calls from this number and they do not leave messages. I refuse to answer a number if they don't even bother to leave a message. I'm just going to block it.

Called several times the past two days and haven't left a message.  I don't know who is calling.  This is becoming very annoying.

they keep calling....i called the 800 number I have and asked for a few more days.  i dont answer the call center hang ups nor call back the numbers.

They Wells Fargo started to call me the very same day  l was notified  by letter my payments will start on Sept.10 2018. Today is May 14 2018 and they proceeded to call me 4 more times l answered the first three times and on the 4 and 5 time they hung up as soon as l answered.
