boy am I lucky that the Microsoft security team detected problems on my computer and called me to warn me before my computer locked up.  And some Microsoft guy in India who almost couldn't speak english wanted to help if I gave him my credit card number.

Yes, Pensioner, I got the same call and the same accent.  I recorded the message and hang up after.

I had to laugh when the automated voice told me someone was trying to hack my personal "informations".  Gosh!  Every single one of my "informations"?  A scam, and a poorly-executed one, at that.

Caller ID showed "Cortland, NY' Left no message - scammers for your computer info - block it

Got same phone call & just deleted the message.  I got scammed once 2 years ago & wasn't about to fall for this one.

Received this call and the id name was"ORLANDO".  I didn't answer just listened to the phony message.

Received this ROBO call stating that Microsoft just detected someone trying to hack into my computer and to press 1 to speak with someone or call back and get the details....funny that I am at work and not even close to my turned off computer at home

THESE BOGUS IDIOTS, ARE a bit more sophisticated this time, an American woman accent, with if we have called you in error, our apologies.  can nothing be done about this irritant.

They're still at it today (8/4/17).  Boy, am I lucky to have MS watching out for me.

Had received calls from 'Microsoft' before, but they have made real investment since with their American female robot with her concerned tone of voice, telling you 'Microsoft' has determined some bad people are trying to hack into your computer.  Dial 1 for IT support, and please turn on your computer while waiting.  Then the same as before Indian man comes on in broken English to save you from the bad people.......why can't this be stopped.

Bogus call stating that my Microsoft PC will lock up and become  obsolete. I spoke to the expert who had an accent and I inquired how could he take advantage and scam people- how do you sleep at night.

Robo call about computer damage and security team.....now blocked

Received the "call" from Microsoft concerning my computer. My phone caller ID said Jahore, Malaysia along with the persons name. The recorded message listed the place as Cortland NY.
How bogus!!! I blocked the number.

Said computer problems, don't fall for this SCAM

Automated call from Microsoft stating my computer was being hacked. A guy from India was reading a scripted description... beware.

More of the same doggy poop. Yes, they are still at it with their "your computer has been hacked rubbish"  purportedly sent from a phone in Cortland New York. Intelius says it's a land line, but White Pages identifies it as a VOIP number - surprise!.

SCAM .. Have 43 years computer experience and know a scam when I hear one.  DON'T ENGAGE THESE CROOKS IN ANY WAY
