computer call me

Girlfriend received 2 calls, one after the other, 2 different numbers one of which was this one. Same idiot wanting numbers off her computer like others here. She told him to call her ISP then hung up.

Got a call at my parents house , my father didnt understand the guy calling so handed me the phone . This guy proceeded to tell me there was some viruses on our computer and he needed me to turn it on to walk me through it. I told him that we dont have a computer in the house since I knew about this scam already to see what he would say and he kept insisting that I turn on the computer.When told I use one at the library he asked when he could call back again to walk me through the problems when I turn on the computer. No matter what I said to him he kept saying he was calling to help with our computer issues and would call back later. I told him I knew this was a scam and that I would be reporting him to which he hung up on me.

I was talking to this guy named jowan of plenty of fish. Send me tuns of pictures of William levy n I didn't knw who he was. He sound like a pack very strong accent accent. Dnt ever trust this number

I received  a call. He said there was something wrong with my computer. He said  h e was calling from mucrosoft.

Scam artist calling from this number claiming to be IRS final notice for filing a law suite.  Message ask you to call back at (202) 864-1240.  Total scam.  IRS only notify people via written notice only (certified mail and you must sign for it).  

This number is scamp number. they calling from IRS to collecting some fee. DO NOT GIVE THEM SHEET

Got a call from this number, said PAYPHONE, so didn't answer.  They left voicemail.  They are on the to IRS scam and leave a message saying the IRS is about to file suit and to call a number.  The voice is digitized so the actual voice is masked.  The IRS only communicates through postal mail, so this is a SCAM. ... like the IRS is going to call from a payphone!  HAH!

They called from 607-767-0115 but said to call 202-864-1223 to find out more details about the case against me. They tried saying that I was behind on my taxes and that they were the IRS.

Got a call from this number at 530 in the morning  didn't answer it. Since I don't know anyone in new York I decided to look it up. Big thanks to all you who messaged about your experiences. Apparently you saved me from a headache.

This scammer is from Mumbai and the robot dialer gives out numbers in the USA. I got 3 calls today from this number and three others.  Same scam. They want to plant a virus in your computer.[ running a bot network to attack the USA is my assumption]  Possible an organized attack on the USA infrastructure as well as a money scam. FBI needs to look at this operation.The other numbers are 760-733-9829 and 718-822-9084. If the guy with the Indian voice cant scam you, they then  use a lady that speaks a little better English.

They are now trying to say they are from the IRS and filing a lawsuit against you.  Uses an automated voice to disguise the accent.

The automated message left by this number indicated that this was my "final notice" that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  The "call back" number was (206) 317-1219, which is also a notorious scammer number.  When I tried calling it, I got a busy signal.

Got a call from this number they told me it was the IRS and I was being sued. Called the number back and it says this number is not in service

Received a call from this number - computer voice saying "we have been trying to contact you. This is the IRS and we are bringing a lawsuit against you ...."Gave a case number.
