Called regarding a collection matter, no answer, just VM from some guy named Raymond Kelly. We got the impression he was calling from/for CMS (Medicare). At the number the place is identified as Joel Cardis LLC

We also received a message concerning collecting a "debt".  We were told to call back by Friday and ask for a certain ID #

I have received 2 phone calls from this number (877-444-4655).
The first was a computer generated message that was unintelligable. The second one was from a woman, no name given, stating the call was in regards to a debt and gave me a reference number and that I needed to call back today (1/20/2011).
When I did call back, I was transfered to an operator, that never answered, and was allowed to leave a message. I left my name and that I expected someone to return my call and to give me information concerning the original call and that I have no idea what this "debt" is about.
I placed acall to my attorney about this call. I think it's a scam.
Will wait and see what happens. If they want to take me tocourt, then they best have the county sheriff serve me with the papers or it ain't gonna happen.

I received a call from this number no message, who is it? If I have a debt to pay they should send me a bill all my bills are at least 3months and current.

This number calls me once daily, Monday through Friday, and has been for 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure its a scam, keeps saying they want to collect a debt.

I got a call from this number and after googling I got this site.  I have no debts. but thought they might be tracing a past renter when I was landlord.  In any event, not calling them back unless it becomes a nuisance, at which time they will hear from my lawyer!

I got a call from this number "I am Mr Maloney, I'm calling from the law office of Joe Card" he said he is a debt collector. He did not mentioned my name or the amount of the debt. I'm just going to wait for a second call and see what happens.

received a phone call ,stating " attempting to collect a debt".I told them,"we don not owe anyone a dime", and I was going to report this phone number to a fraud unit.

I receive these calls usually on Monday or Friday.  Now on Tuesday  Always a recording.  Saying they are a debt collector, but never says who they are. There is nothing on my credit report regarding these people.  My attorney has even pulled them up thru judiciary claims and there is nothing about them.  He says they are bottom feeders and scams.

I have received a call twice now from this number. This first time a message was left, confused since I have no debt I called the number back, he put me on hold for a few seconds and picked up the phone in which it sounded like he was in some sort of call center. He referenced me by my first and last name and than asked for my phone number. I said "you called me, therefore your should already have my phone number" He got very irate with me told me by not giving him my telephone number I was refusing to work with them and they would no longer be calling me. It has been a few months but I just received another call from them today, just a recording and this time I will not call back. It's a scam.

My recorder picked up a message from the law office of Joe Cardis about a debt collection. We have no debt. The message said to call 610-239-7147. The incoming number on my phone was 610-382-5131 and read Norristown, PA. I called that number back and the lady said they had a wrong number, they were looking for Kayla. She said I will not recieve any more calls.

Debt collector out of East Norriton, PA - don't know why this Joel Cardis is contacting people stating that it's a "Law Office" - according to the PA Department of State (http://www.licensepa.state.pa.us/), there is nobody by the name of "Joel Cardis" licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania...if that doesn't scream SCAM, nothing does.

I have ben getting this message on my phone for some time. Smells scam If it were for  debt thee would be mailings and certified letters They re a pain  in the rear don't give them money folks

got a call from 610-239-7147. Left a message about a legal matter. No caller ID

Calls daily, leaves a hardly tangible message regarding a debt. The caller never identifies who they wish to speak with.  I do not return calls that do not identify with whom they wish to speak with. The company itself isnt BBB accredidated and has several BBB complaints involving past collection activities. The proper way to handle any debt is to call and ask for the person by name.

I got the same call twice, once last week and again on Monday this week. We have no outstanding debts so we are going to ignore like others. We are on a no call list so I will be reporting this.
