I declined the call and now have blocked that number.

This Number calls daily for the last three days around the same time 930 am. The call are coming in on my cell phone which I dont give to most people other than family and work associates.

Threatening to use legal action can be considered assault in some locations, it depends on the law. So I would edit the part about prosecutorial action. In addition, these annoying calls do not come under the FCC's jurisdiction.

I just block all calls that aren't in my directory.Once you start receiving them it never stops.

Called twice on cell.  I don't answer calls I don't know.  I called back on land line several times.  No answer at all, just goes to dial tone after a few seconds..

I had a craigslist ad, so thought it was someone calling about that ... I ALMOST answered this call.  Whoever called didn't leave a message, so I'm thinking I dodged a bullet by not answering this scammer.  It's so sad that I need to screen for the calls that I actually want to get through.  UGH!  What freaks these people are.  What a great service this "whocallsme" site is!

My cell phone has been called several times by this number.  fortunately I have not been ale to answer the calls either because I was a way or didn't hear the phone ring.  I don't answer calls for numbers I don't know.  I decided to look this up and found out it is a scam.
