I recieved the same text-message one day after I put my car up for sale on the website www.autoscout24.nl.
I found it strange, so I told him he could pay in cash or on my Dutch bank account.
He insisted that I should make a PayPal account and the payment would be going by that.
So I sent him an e-mail where I said that the deal was off.
After that, I started googling and I found this.
I'm so glad I did not go on with it!
Scammer for sure indeed.

I got the message. But I have a question! Did somebody sent the bank account? Did he received any money?
I got my car on www.autovit.ro. And I have 3 cars on this website. I got this mail for 2 of them. And the price for one car was wrong, it was higher then the market.
But I wanted to know if there is somebody that gived the bank account? What happend after that?

replyed by sms and mail
asked for creating a paypal account, didn't do it, replyed asking complete name and adress for invoice and asked for payment on bankaccount, got new reply asking my banknr, iban, swift, but didn't give his  name and  adress.
this is not ok, i won't continue with this person.

There is another scammer operating name of Kathy Beatrice.  Much the same format with an agent that will collect.  Beware
