Gotten several calls from this number, both late in the evening and during the day; no message left.

They have began calling us. Got one this morning at 8:19 AM. We have never ordered anything from them. Can't they be reported but to who?

This number (616-980-2331) is Feature Films for Families, and when you call them back, they simply play a recorded message and ask for your time. I said "NO", and the recording hung up.

Has called for the last few months and I am not home to answer or I would to get them off my back.  Not sure what they want but probably bill collectors?

My 77 year old mother keeps getting calls on her cell phone from this number at 6AM every morning.  She does not purchase anything on the internet, nor does she have a MySpace, Facebook or any other internet account.  I called back the number and reached customer service, which is useless because it is a pre-recorded message.  Her cell phone number is listed with the "Do Not Call" registry so I will be reporting this number to a government agency that investigates these illegal calls and scams.

Just annoyed.

I called them right back and asked to be taken off their list.  This is my 3rd attempt to get away from these people!

Call about 4 times in the mourning sometimes evenings they never leave a message. I do not answer and I am also on the do not call list. Whats up with this?

Called my cell phone - I do not recognize the number!  costs me money because they called during my peak hours.

I get these calls at least twice a week.No message is left and I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.
I get them early in the mornings every time.
This is very annoying and I wish someone would put a stop to these un-wanted
phone calls.
What can be done about this intrusive behavior??

These calls are definitely coming from Feature Films for Families.  I too was getting calls every day.  I called their toll free number 1-800-326-4598 and asked that I be removed from their lists and complained about the numerous, rude calls.  I also talked to an online person at familytv.com and complained to them and made a request for no more calls and I have NOT received any since.  If everyone would bombard them with calls and e-mails for this to stop perhaps it would.  Most of all, pass the word to never, ever buy anything from them even if you have in the past.

Called my son's cell phone and said wanted to update something.  When call it back get this is customer service we will be with you shortly.  And nothing else happens.

Said they are a feature film company.  Watch out for these [***].  they just got nasty words from me about what I thought of them calling my teenage son's phone.

Received another phone call from them this morning on my cell phone. They call everyday and don't even give me enough time to answer the phone. If it's not important enough for them to talk to someone, why do they bother calling? I'm also on the do not call list.

continues to call every weekday night at 8:12pm. strange. Sick of it. Where can they be reported?

They called, asked for my wife by first name. I said she was'nt here & they abruptly hung up.
