FFFF is "Feature films for Family's".  I had purchased a dvd from them, and they always continue to call.  I called the 800-326-4598 number, and had them remove me from their list.

The number that called me is always 616-980-2331.  Call the 800# above, and have your number removed.

I've had two calls from this number when I wasn't home. The caller ID says "Customer Service" and when I try to call it back, the automated operator tells me that this number is no longer in service. How can they be using it to call me if it's not in service?

They call early morning frequently, I don't answer (normally). I got fed up with their calls I decided to call them back. Advised them to remove my number form their database. I'm on the do-not-call registry, yet these people continue to call.....

800-326-4598 is the number you should all call to have your number removed from the list. A lesson to all: If you want calls to stop you must be proactive with the caller and ask for the number to call to be removed if the person calling you cannot do it. These calls are considered "fallow up calls" or "customer service" calls and do not fall under telamarketing to be blocked by the "do not call list". Notice most of you have ordered from them before or a spacific person is being asked for.

Received several calls from this number registered in Grand Rapids.  someone says it's Feature Films for Families, but they are in Utah.

2nd call this week, they ask for someone we don't know??????????? Call is always a recorded message asking for the person. I hang up as soon as they start talking. I called the number back and was told "the number you are trying to call is unreachable." Caller ID shows "FFF". I also am on the do not call list. I now know when the "FFF" shows up, I will not answer.

Called on my Cell from feature films asked for my ex wife who never used this phone number. weird.

I also received a call just 10 minutes ago and was wondering "Who in the world is the FFFF"??? I did not answer and they hung up without leaving a message. I then got on and googled FFFF grand rapids michigan and this is the first hit I got. SO... thank you to all of you that cleared it up for me. I have been a customer of Feature Films for Families for quite some time (Maybe 15 years!) I am bummed that they did not leave a message AND that they would only have FFFF as their name on my phone. I am going to copy this website address and go to the "FFFF" website and leave a comment so that they can read for themselves the frustrations that we are having with them calling. THANKS EVERYONE!!

I just sent an email to Feature Films for Families asking them to get into this site and read everyone's frustrations!! Received a call from this number.  No clue who it is.  Call at 4:27 pm CST.

A call woke me up today at 10:03 am, and had already hung up by the time I had the phone in my hand. I am a student, this is my day off, and they are calling me on my cell phone. There was no CID name, just the number (at least it didn't say "private call"). I called back the Grand Rapids number and asked how I can have my number removed from their database. The lady asked for my number and said she'd take care of it. We'll see.
I admit that I have received DVDs from them in the past. They called me one day and asked me to evaluate some DVDs, I said why not, then I had to watch them and tell them what I thought. They weren't bad, but they kept calling back. I do not know where they got my number from in the first place. I use my parents home phone number for my credit cards and online orders.

Started receiving calls from this number on 09/14/2009.  I am not sure why they are calling me as I haven't done any business with them.  Not unless that free DVD that I requested (Mr. Krueger's Christmas) some time ago was provided by this company...

FFFF harrasses people and must be stopped! They dont follow the do not call act of 2007 so report them if you are on the national do not call list.  Numbers they use are 6169802331, 4107748545, 4432972099, 2317322000, 2012574536.  They called me the last 2 nights at 11:47PM and 12:15AM! Use to consider their movies but definitely not anymore!

They are evil and woke me up goshdarnit they've done it again gone and screwed me over like the Philips heads off Hades they shouldn't wake people up!! It's extremely rude and irritating thank you....

My wife has been receiving calls to her cell phone from 6169802331.  They never leave a message and call at all hours of the day and late evening.  I have blocked this number via the call blocking service of Verizon.

I was a customer of Feature Films for Families when my kids were 3 and 4, they are now 16 and 17. I haven't had a call from them in over 10 years and they recently started calling my home and cell number. I did not have either of these numbers when I was their customer. I asked how they got it and they said they were just updating their customer files and "ran" across this new information for me. I told them I was not interested in their products any more and I was upset that they were actively looking for my numbers to hound me about buying more stuff. I asked to be taken off their call list and yet I still get calls.

Feature Films for Families is a Mormon based organization, not a Christian one. They have ethical films that promote their family values, but their business practices are outright harassment.
