- ClintGot a call from this number a couple of times after ordering the Bra-Snap for someone. Was offered some complimentary gas card but in a very trapping way, trying to get me to agree to a charge that she was NOT being clear about.
- SamYep- I ordered a snuggie right before Xmas and now I get one call a day from this number. What a scam!
- BrittanyI just received a phone call from this number, but I haven't ordered anything recently. I just didn't answer and they didn't leave a message either.
- KimberlyI ordered a Snuggie too and just got a call today from this number.
RIDICULOUS!
I hung up before the call was over so I *HOPE* to not see unauthorized charges on my card. - RachaelI ordered a snuggie and I just received my first call from this number. I ordered the snuggie online and gave them my home number, which I never use, so I don't know how they got my cell phone number.
- kevinOrdered Snuggie, started getting the calls. Finally answered and got the $50 gas card offer. Said Absolutely not and hung up. They even had the last 4 digits of my ccd and said since I was a card holder in good standing I was receiving the offer.

When I questioned her about how she got my last 4 digits of my Debit card, she immediately hung up on me. I tried to contact the SNUGGIE customer support line, I spoke with a customer service rep. who "insured" me that SNUGGIE does not sell that type of information. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for about 15 minutes, I hung up. I have since cancelled that debit card.
- LarabeesMy wife had the same thing happen to her: Bought Snuggies through an infomercial using a Visa card, then a received phone call about a month later from 616-980-2600. The foreign person on the phone only seemed to know the name, address and last four digits, so it seems that they don't have all the pieces that they need to rip you off. The call seems to be designed to elicit the missing information (viz. the rest of your credit card number and its expiration date).
My theory is that, either the shipping company, or the bill processing company that Snuggies uses, has either stolen or sold the information that they have on you. They then phone you to trick you into supplying the rest of the info and to record you voice "verifying the information". In the morning I'm calling my credit card company and the Snuggies people and then I'll go to the donotcall dot gov to file a complaint. - JuliaI rec'd a call from this number today. When I pushed number one to talk to someone, I told the woman I was on the government no call list and to take my number off your list. She yelled back, "Woowoo, this call just cost you money!". After reading of others experiences, I'll have to watch my credit card for any unauthorized charges.
- AnitaI ordered several snuggie's as well and then the phone call started coming in at various times a day. It's irratating and scary because they knew the last four digits of my credit card numbers. i tried calling them back to get them to stop calling me but all i got was the busy signal. How do i make them stop? and is it dangerous?
- mario lopezthey also called from 231.732.2642 and 517.933.2007 it is a scam, they said that they want to give you a walmart card but "they have to verify all your data"....
- LisaI, too, have been receiving daily phone calls from this number after ordering a Snuggie in early February.
Well, I just called Snuggie customer service and the man I spoke to denied that Snuggie sells their customer's information. I asked him how he knows that they don't and he just said, "Because that's what I've been told." I asked him if it is written in their customer service policy and he said he didn't know. - OmahaI have ordered a bumpit and these calls started damn AS Seen on TV
- KerrieI ordered a snuggie about a month ago and have been receiving an obscene number of calls from this and other numbers as well! I would like to call customer service but it is an automated system and I can't get through ... however I was able to get a hold of someone at 1-800-566-2888... hopefully this helps someone else.
- AnneI got a call from 517-931-2013 on 3/10 on my cell phone in regards to a $50 gas gift card for my VISA. They called me with a wrong last name. I remember getting them with some facial creme I tried out and canceled. I hung up on them and they called me back 2 minutes later. I then got a notice that I had won over $100,000 dollars. The address was Nevada and it required $215 to register, which I did not do. They again used the WRONG last name. I just received another call at 8:20 pm today from the I got a call from this number 616-980-2600.

The last person that called said he was from New York, New York and worked for K-Benefits which is a marketing company. He knew the last four digits of my credit card number, address, and full name. He offered me a 50 dollar gift card from walmart. He gave me a fake address of the company 33rd Street Suite 601. He gave me a fake number to call back if I have any questions, 18009223615.
This is a SCAM. I just wish they will stop calling me. I've already notified my bank. I will be notify the police soon if this doesn't stop. - StaceyI didn't order anything online... and I got the call this afternoon.
- BruceI did not order a snuggie but these a--holes called me twice. Once a month or so ago aksing about my credit card and telling me I was a valued cusotmer and crap like that, then they wanted to sell me something, was hard to hear them and I was not listening that well because it sounded like bullsh--. I hang up and they just called me again asking if I was so and so and after I said yes they hung up. I called back and received an automated recording saying the person was not available.
- Duane JI ordered a pair of snuggies from the Snuggie web-site. I recieved them a month or so ago. Now in the past few days I have recieved two calls from this number and they hung up both times. I can not say that they are linked but reading the previous comments, It seems very likly. I called the number back and got a recording that "the voice mail box for this number is full" and then disconnects. BE AWARE!
