    I also checked with Cox. They tell me it is a scam. They are just trying to get your credit card number.

    This is not Cox. I argued with the person on the phone and he kept telling me I needed to talk to the billing dept and wanted to transfer me. I called Cox direct and told them about the call and they tell me it’s a scam.
