They call my fax number a couple of times a day.  They hang up when they hear fax sound.

So much for call restrictions.

I constantly get phone calls from these people under various numbers.  I never answer a call from an unrecognizable number so I have not spoken to them.  Sometimes it's listed as Desert Vally Aire and sometimes not but they are annoyingly persistent!  I would never use their service because of this practice.

each time I receive a call from them I call the company phone line 5 times and hang up after the receptionist answers, then call the sixth time and ask how they like it and hang up.  Does not do much except make me feel better:)

I just e-mailed them to take my phone # off their list.  Let's see what happens.

Someone from this number called this morning and when I said hello they hung up.

This is from Desert Valley Aire trying to solicit you for an a/c check up.  I have received calls from this company for a few years now and have always ignored the call.  When they called on 3/30 I informed them that i was on the DNC list and also that I lived in an apartment and would not need their services.  The person I spoke to said he would take my number off of their list.  Well when I came home on 4/2 and checked my caller ID there that number was again.  I filed a complaint with the DNC and see what happens from there.  I urge any of you that get calls from them to do the same.

Have you filed a complaint with the DNC?  We need to start doing that when they call.  There is a hefty fine and if enough of us file complaints maybe we can get them to stop.

This company calls every day at almost same time each day. When my machine picks up they hang up. It says caller unknow but with this number and it comes back to Desert Valley Air. I wouldnt call them if I did ever need them just because of the RUDE way they do their call and hunging up.

I called this company and asked to speak with "whomever was resposible for calling my house every few days and hanging up". I got transfered to a man by the name of Chris that took my number and said I was going to be manually removed from the system. He claims they have a new "system" and are trying to work out the "wrinkles".....funny I've gotten these calls for sometime now and so have others since at least 2008, that must be one hell of a "wrinkle"!!

I get calls from this number several times a week. On very few occasions we've answered there's nothing but dead air on the other end. Dead Air from Desert Valley Aire ????

This is VERY annoying and I'd like it to PLEASE stop. Have said into phone (as always in this situation) that our number has been on DNC for many years. Don't know if anyone hears this or not. Calls keep coming, never a message or anyone on other end. WHY DO COMPANIES DO THIS?????
Is it just to see when someone is home? If so they know this by now. Why the continued dead air calls?

If there's SO many of us who've received these calls, can anyone say: "CLASS ACTION SUIT" ?
It's only way their ever going to stop evidently.

keep getting calls from 623-930-0356.  When I answer and hang on to it, it hangs up.

We are getting numerous hang up calls from this number and today we could hear someone grumbling in the background. This is becoming borderline stalking and harrassment.

I have asked several times this company not call our number and they still call.  Besides the annoyance, they do not follow instructions in my request.

Funny how I read that most of the time this caller calls random times and once you pick up they hang up on you. This person called around 2pm and hung up then called again and didn't say anything but didn't hang up. Awkward silence....
It was Desert Valley on caller I.D.

When I answer I receive no response, yet the caller does not hang up.

Ridiculous how many times this company(Desert Valley Aire) calls me even though I've told them that I don't need their sevice and to remove me from their calling list!!!  I don't answer anymore.
