Telemarketing jerks. These people call my home at dinner time to sell me air conditioning service. I'm on the Federal Do Not Call List. The guy on the call sounds like an 8th grade drop out with a speech impediment. You would think this company would at least try to hire articulate telemarketers when they break the law.

called my number rang 4 times and hing up, looked it up and come to find out this is a spam compnay.

Yep Got another call from them...no message--just plain annoying!!  I get calls from them daily with no message..I never answer because I don't recognize the number...I too am on the DNC list.....guess that isn't enforced either:(

The Do Not Call Registry is a ******* joke

And so many people fell for it.  Every solution the government proposes to any real or manufactured problem is a joke.  Governments fail routinely, then extract more money from people by force to suposedly make up for the shortcoming, but it is never enough to purcase a working solution, so we always end up back at square one.
Don't fall for government gimmicks, employ a technological solution to block the calls.  Many phones now have the ability built into them.  If yours doesn't, look for a third party solution.  They exist, and they work.  Some work better than others.  All bad market solutions are easier to get rid of than any bad government solution.

Just got a all from them. Rang twice and they hung up.. no message left. I added them to my call reject list on my phone...

As previous people have said this number is Desert Valley Air...I just called and told the person who answered to put me on a DNC list.  I have my phone registered with DNC. He said okay and added "if you ever need air conditioning service, let us know".  I told him "no thank you".  Please remove me from your call list. Just hope they do not call again.

Whenever I get several spam calls from a number I add them to a blocked call list. When I added this one today, I see that the have called me for several years changing their phone number several times.   That makes me think they must be some kind of crooks, be it phishing or just old fashioned thieves.  They have a site where you can contact them at http://desertvalleyaire.com/contact.html.   I think we should all give them a taste of their own medicine and send them a  request to stop with the Spam Phone Calls!!!!!!!

Received a call from them 9am 4/22/13.  These scumbags wouldn't do this if it didn't pay off.  If they have to pester and annoy 10,000 people to get 1 successful sales call, they'll certainly do it.  Do not patronize them.  I've reported them to the BBB.

Received call from this number (caller ID was Desert Valley Air) & when  answered they sais "Hi, how're ya doin' & hung up.   UGGGGG!!!

you can call there office at 623-930-8822 and ask to be removed from their calling list

Just sent them an email and told them if they continue will contact the Federal  and State of Az.  so sick of these calls DNC, means NOTHING>

  If you have been called by this company ,  you have become a TI or targeted individual by the government , church , or a insurance company. Get on your computer and type in gang stalking and read all about it . These people never stop. Total harassment is there game. Good luck.

I called the company directly and asked them to take my number off the list since I have two family members who are HVAC techs.  She said they would take my number off right away.  We shall see.

Desert Valley Aire is a real company. I use them to service my air conditioner. That being said, and even though I am a contracted customer, I still get these cold calls from them asking if I want to sign up with them.
