I get texts messages threatening my daughter, I was able to recover 6245 as the last digits. The messages were sent from a blocked number. Police won't help because I need a phone number or person for them to go after, the phone company acts like they can't recover blocked numbers. I didn't know I had to do all the detective work...any help is appreciated.

49 messages  of bs and and nasty things. It was sent to my business cell.

Text said "i'm watching your every move and you better stop seeing my wife"  Since I'm not seeing anyones wife i thought it was a prank until they sent a another text that seemed to include personal information. I texted  him back and told him to meet me outside but he never showed. I sure would like to find out who sent those texts. If anyone can help I'd be glad to pay for their time

GOt two text messages 11/15/2010 at 8:00 and 8:03 am. Both were in sexual nature and very evasive.  My boyfriend also got two text from the same number also the same number.  We believe that it is someone who knows us both and both our cell numbers because they speak of names that only someone very close to us would know.  Want it to stop call the FCC and file a report is what were told tonight by Verizon.

I receive sms from this number 6245 with no message on it

Its sick to receive this text msg and found out fr cellphone co that I've paid on all these msg under
texting premium charges over $2.00/ text received. I was also told to paid up to more than $30.00
for the other scam texting come to my phone.

I've to call out BBB to find out how to protect ourselves fr all these Big time Scammers.

A friend of mine was getting harrassing text messages from them. They're coming from FreeText.biz, a free text-messaging website so most of the threatening messages are coming from real people through the website. the best thing to do is to get yourself put on the blocked list. Advertisers go there for advertising as it is a free way to send out.

I just recieved a death threat from this number

I sent myself a message to my_real_verizon_phone_number@vtext.com and it shows up in my billing activity online as being from 6245.  But, on my phone it says, correctly, that it is from my comcast email address.

I don't know if Verizon has the ability to block known spam from hitting your phone but maybe they are stopping you from getting it but it still shows up in your activity.

I got a text from this number saying "want to know how to turn $97 into $80,000+. I wonder how they got my cell #.
