This person called me twice so far and said that he has a claim against my name and SS number and they tried this about 2 months ago. I went to the local police department and they were able to contact them and the person would not give them any information then the phone call had stopped till last week then then they started calling my cell and place of employment again. Why can these people be caught and put in jail where they belong

I keep receiving a call from the phone number (631) 315-0202 from a Kevin Jackson from some Fraud Department asking all kinds of questions, being totally rude and nasty.  After several explosive telephone calls on my cell phone...he decided to call my office and requested to speak with the office manager to obtain whatever personal information he was seeking in order to pull his scam....well, he has been reported to the Massachusetts Attorney General's office as well as my personal phone carrier.  PEOPLE BEWARE....he is a scam artist, an earlier post said it all...play his game, ask him questions and keep him on the defensive and he will hang up.

Glad to find this site! "Chris Parker" (has accent, calling from "The New York City") keeps calling me (called ID number is "4") on my work phone and asking for Brian Wilson, when I am clearly a female and have told him there is no one here by that name. Same threats as others have reported.

I only thought it might be slightly legitimate against Brian Wilson because I suddenly started receiving all sorts of other collection calls for him (many who sounded American, both male and female) one day a few months ago.

Chris Parker can continue to go straight to voicemail and waste his breath and his message because I'm not picking up when "4" calls again.

These people are scams. They tell you that you have taken a loan out and didn't pay it back. I laughed and told him I knew this was a scam and my bank account has never had any incoming deposits from a payday loan company and I have the statements to prove it. They eventually stop calling after they figure out they have been caught lying. No matter what please don't give them any of your current bank details or credit card information because it is a scam. Most of the time these online companies get your information and sell it to these loosers. They even threaten jail time which is a lie. You can't be put in jail criminally for a civil debt. My Uncle is a state trooper so believe me I know. Just let them know that you are aware of their schemes and it won't work and they will move on. These people are scum and all of them have these horrible Indian accents you can barely even understand what they are saying...

I have had someone from 631-315-0202 who says his name is Brandon Smith call me from some financial company. he has a very thick Indian or Pakistani accent. He calls asking for someone I dont know who Ive never met. Ive told him over and over he has the wrong number, he keeps calling. How do I get rid of this idiot ??

I got a voicemail from a guy with a heavy accent.  Said he was with the BCS department and had a claim with one of my employees and had my name and SN.  The caller ID says "00000", so they intentionally block it.  Needless to say, I'm not calling them back.  In fact, I'm considering blacklisting them on my PBX.  (I'm one of the telecom engineers for my company..)  ;-)

This guy w/accent don't even sound like he's from the U.S. and his name is ricky white calls me on my cell # and then 2day calls me @ my job!! with my ss# and say I owe a payday loan catch theses people and put them in jail "PLEASE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calls me at me work place which is the courthouse.  Very hard to understand this Brandon Smith.  I am sick of these calls, place a stop on my cellphone.

I got a call from a Shawn Forest saying it a legal matter and I hung up on them and they just won't stop calling.

Jeff Hunter from PCS called my job and asked to speak with me. I have no idea who he is or why he is calling

They kept harassing me from this number calling my job and my cell! Fake debt collectors is what they are I pranked called them back today and annoyed them so much they admited it was a scam! They use the name Jeff Hunter.

I got a call from the above number today and said they had some fraudulent activity against my social security number and I needed to call them back.

A collection agency named PCS inc claims that I owe them money for an online loan website called advance cash America and that there is a serious Law suite will be filed on my behalf if not paid in full.
They have heavy Indian accent and use American names such as max Wayne , etc also they clam their from a law firm called prestige . They harass my employer and cell  by calling multiple times and are extremely rude ! I ask Mr. Max Wayne if they had a website for I can verify it , he got upset and finally told me it was www.SRFunding.com , I advise everybody to go to this website  www.IC3.com and file a compliant against them . The website has partnership with the FBI and can help you against fraud.

I keep receiving calls from this number and they are now calling my work and I have the possibility of loosing my job.  If I owe then show me proof of the debt.
