you know when these people call and leave a message on my answering machine i know they are scaming inicent people and how dare they think for one second they can get away with it. i have had enough of the nonsense.

A person from this number with the same heavy accent as reported by others has been calling our place of business.  We have over 200 employees and he asks to speak with one.  First we explained that our factory workers cannot take personal calls at work and he would have to call him on his personal line.  The man then stated it was an emergency.  Our customer service group immediately got him and then discovered that it was a debt collector.  Our employee told him he couldn't talk to him at work and hung up.  The person called back again, our group told him that they would take a message only.  So the man told them that he would call back ALL day until he got the guy back on the phone.  We have had 40 calls in a little over an hour at our place of business.  This is awful, we're having issues with our customers calling in, our staff is overwhelmed with the nonsense calls (he either screams or hangs up on them) and there is very little we can to stop it from happening immediately.

We have called our phone company to block at least the one number we have, but I'm sure they have multiple ones they can call from .  We also filed a harassment charge against the owners of that number.

I am getting calls from this same number and he says his name is Justin now.  He has threatened to kill me and also threatened to rape me.  He calls my husband at work and they call every 5 minutes.  We got successful traces from the phone company today and I filed two police reports, with the FTC, State Board of Commission, and Attorney General, and I have been on the phone with a private attorney now for an hour as I want this stopped.   I am having surgery this week and these people are nuts we never had a payday loan and would not stoop to this behavior.   I am sick of it and want it stopped.   I agree with all of you and we should not have to live like this from  these insane [***].   What did we Americans do to live like this and why don't they go bother other Indians for the money and stay in their own country?

Call them back and harrass them as they do us and they will stop!! I called them over and over and over and to my success no more calls!

Got a call from them this morning claiming I had an unpaid debt from Advanced Cash America. They are unprofessional. The first thing out of their mouths is hello. Instead of identifying themselves and the company they work for. I asked who I was speaking with and he said his name was Max and he was the supervisor. Checked with Advanced Cash America and they have no record of me.

Received a call from "Brandon Smith," and "Keith McNulty" both who have heavy accents.  They stated that I owe a company called Cash Advance America, but I don't.  They said that legal action would be taken against me if I did not submit a payment to them.  They never called my home, but placed several calls to my place of employment.

I just got a call from them as well ...I just keep hanging up and he calls right back....then he says he's going to put me on the line with his supervisor, when i waited  the so called "supervisor" gets on the line and then it's the same person lol i dont know what's going on i just wish they would leave me alone gheesh!

Keep receiving messages at my work saying it is reference to a legal matter - Gives a name "Brandon Smith" was todays in the past just would say "PATEL" but it is someone with a thick foreign accent and the number is "Unidentified" if this was legit - the company would be identified when the number is searched.  This is ridiculous and it's harassment!!!! I have received NO paper work and I have nothing outstanding that would warrant anything like this I have contacted a lawyer to have them respond and file a complaint

i have recv'd calls also from the numbers they say i owe 1,7000 for the loan and LEGAL FEES. iask thenm to send me information on the matter they call me a loser for not paying a debt that i supposely inoccured

I have been receiving calls for a Kevin Jackson... He has been rude to the receptionist and has been rude when leaving a message on my voice mail... I have asked for information. If I owe the debt I want to settle, but I'm not going to give them my bank information without first getting the necessary information so I can do my own research. My job looks down on this type of harassment.

A rude Indian man keeps calling my corporate office asking for one of my employees. At first he would not give us his name or number to take a message. He would always hang up and call over and over again. Finally he left his name as "Kevin Jackson" and gives us the number 631-315-0202 but my caller ID states 847-569-3754, when I tried to call it back it says that it is out of service. He claims he is with a company called P.C.S. SO RUDE!!!

I got a call today for Enforcement Financial Fraud  stating I owed 300  from Cash 'America in 2011
I did not make this loan  The guy with thick accent  almost got me to give him my checking information.  When I didn't he got mad and theathen me  about court charges and sueing  me in New York City up to  $4000.00-   I am glad to know this is just a scam

Receive many calls from this number. I screen caller IDs at work, so if it's not a number I recognize as being a business call, I let it go to voicemail. They also call my home number all the time. This guy usually gives the name Adam White, but very heavy foreign accent.  No way it's his real name. It's a collection agency code name. Used to work for a company that the collection person wouldn't use her real name on collection calls, she had one alias she would use just in case some angry person tried to look her up and locate her. But these were legitimate outstanding debts she was trying to collect for a legitimate company.  I'm waiting for him to call me again today.  It's going to be his worst mistake. In just the mood to give him what for, at work or not.

Received a call from this same person today, but it came up as 307-745-5700 (Best Western in Wyoming). I call the Best Western and spoke to the manager and he has been getting numerous complaints about calls coming from their number.  The people doing this are using some type of VoIP system, SKYPE or other calling set up that masks the true location or identity of these people. I told this caller to not call my work number again, that I would not speak to him, to put whatever he had to say in writing and if it is regarding a debt to provide a certified copy of the original contract to me proving I owed the debit.  He asked me for a company name of a contract...  The poor manager at the Best Western has filed complaints with the FCC and has no luck getting them to stop.  If anyone finds a way to get the calls to stop, please share the information.  If you find out who this needs to be reported to, please share so we can all report the issue and get it stopped.

These guys that can't speak english left a message that our firm committed some type of fraud using them as a reference which never happened.  The attorney's at our firm would like to get this guy's name and physical address and respond swiftly, accordingly, and take what ever actions are allowed to make such accusations.  No letter, no documentation, cannot understand a damn work the Chinese guy said. He should be deported.

Got a voicemail from this number said i owe a loan and said he was with the legal department i do not have any loans am calling the attorney general for our state on this one

I have been receiving calls from this company stating that I owe a debt. They call my job harrassing the receptionist and said they will keep calling if they don't hear from me. My boss told me to let them know they will be hearing from my lawyer if the calls keep coming.
How did they get my information???

My friend got a call today and when he called it back they told him they were going to sue him if he called again. I got the number and called it back myself and they changed the name to Dept of financial fraud. This is rediculous and something needs to be done about this. They have his SSN and his bank account number. Someone is selling peoples information. We all need to see if there is any common factor between us so we can pin point the reason this is happening. I am getting with my friend who works for a attorney to find out the best action.

I received a call at my business number from PCS new york city from 631-315-0202. His name was Shawn Marshall and left a message for me to call. I looked up the phone number and realized this is not a legitimate number.
