Same text I got today  strange cause I don't give out my cellphone number to anyone besides family & friends.

Crazycasey33   username  I have no clue who it is , I just deleted their Text Messages .

i received this text telling me to go to ro10_cutiepie.matchpit.com.
i did a whois lookup of matchpit and found https://partners.totalregistrations.com/whois.aspx?domain=matchpit.com
i haven't been able to find out what the number is

It's a scam, report to you phone company and dont reply.  People are sick and have nothing better to do.  The site should be suit for liability.

I got the same basic message as Upset_Scared, from #5000.  Username was 2trueblue4you06, and of course 2trueblue4you06.love-pile.org redirects to friendjungle.  I don't get free texts, I don't text often enough to make it worth paying T-Mobile the $5.00, so I want my nickle back, for both messages!!

I got a similar message.  I thought it was a friend pulling a prank or someone really trying to get in contact with me.  Now I know better.

i'm with sprint and i got pretty much the same message about being timid but the it popped up unknown.

Just got two from "Starbabe" .matchclub.org "A friend of ours gave me your number. Come see if you recognize me?" Return was From:5000 at 2:44 on 8/28/08

 Seems like I get a lot of B.S. calls on my cell anymore? Did the cell phone companies ever publish everyones numbers like they said they were a few years ago?

I got a text this morning saying Hey, I got your number from a friend of mine, but I bet you can't guess who I am!  My username's spicee_tiger, if you wanna come see if you recognize me online, at spicee_tiger.lovehop.org  Well, hope to see you soon! It was also from 5000

I just recieved the same message an if they are doing this to undermind the people that have T-mobile as a way of charging us then I'm changing my service.There are sick people in the world that need an damn hobby other than jacking off!!!!!

On August 29 I recieved a text message on my cell phone ssys: senza_blonde/Hey got your number from a friend of mine, but I bet you can't  guess who Im!!! my user name senza_blonde

I got a similar txt message from a 5000 number (which is fake of course). It says, "nikkicr006/ Hey, I got your number from a friend of mine, but I bet you can't guess who I am! My username's nikkicr006, if you" it stops there and then immediately I receive another one from the same number that says, "nikki006 / wanna come see if you recognize me online, at nikkicr006.matchclub.org Well, hope to see you soon!"
At first I was trying to think who it was so I googled the website and came to nothing then I googled just the name and found this tread. Which helped me realize that it's just a scam. But I don't know how the hell they got my number...
I think Unhappy Fido Customer is right...maybe they got from a social site cause I have my number in myspace. But it is restricted only to me...
I have no idea who is doing this, but whoever it is I want them stopped!

i got a 5000 text the other day from cute_bunny@datesupply.org

"hey, i got your number from a friend of mine but i bet you cant guess who i am. my username is cute_bunny if you wanna come see if you recognize me online @ cute_bunny etc etc.."

i have unlimited texts, its just creepy that they found my phone number. i'll be following up with T-mobile about this.

before i googled datesupply.org i tried to go to the website and my MAC (godblessit) warned me that those fools were trying to "trick me". this is kind of upsetting, that kind of direct access spamming is terrifying.

I got the same message just now and was searching for what it was because the number just came up 5000.  Is this 641 number what really called me?  I don't want to have to pay for text messages from some machine.  What can I do?

the same bullcrap txt msg from 5000 unknow [***] and its the same message "HEY I GOT YOUR # FROM A FRIEND OF MINE....BLA-BLA-BLA and i've been reading all the post..and guess what... i am a T-mobile user...we should all togueter send a formal complain to t-mobile..they dont even keep our numbers as confidential info....GGRRHH!!
