The number (646) 367-3289 is a collection agency called "Thahar" no web site to be found. They call from N.Y. City their mailing address is: 1623 Military Rd Unit# 537 Niagara Falls N.Y. Don't have the zip. I've heard they are a Canada based comp, (with heavy Indian accent). That would explain the address and number so far apart.

I started getting these calls yesterday. 5 of them. I did not answer. This morning while at work they called again. I decided to answer. The man with a heavy middle eastern accent said it was an attempt to settle a debt. He repeated my name and address and said he was trying to collect an unpaid debt of about $60.00 from a place I used to order from on line. I stopped ordering, but apparently they shipped something I did not order. Everything I previoously ordered I had prepaid. IF they sent something I did not order or recieve, I won't pay for it and told him so. He said it was still my responsibility. Even after I told him that items previously ordered were not shipped to my home address because things "disappear" when left by my apartment door. He said it didn't matter, I still had to pay. I hung up and will know better than to answer that call again. Or maybe I'll tell him I sent him a check and if he didn't get it, it was his responsibility.

For anyone that would like to know, this number is from a collection agency named "Takhar Collection Services Ltd" they are looking for money of an unpaid debt. I don not know if they are legit but they will not stop hounding us for money from a jeweler company
