received call from that number on Monday AM, 4-27-09

It's a number that sometimes pops-up when getting calls through Skype or other VOIP. My mother lives in Europe and calls my cell through Skype all the time, and once in a while this number comes up as her. the first couple of times I didn't pick it up, but when she left me a voicemail on that number it explained a lot.

I recieved a call from this number today. The Caller Wanted a price on something we sell. I asked his name and he told me he was Sean Archer Which I questioned, Wasn't he the good cop from the Movie face Off?? when I asked him his title with his company I heard someone in the background say tell him your a sales rep. Anyway when I asked what company he worked for he told me Roadway Construction out of Miami Florida. The call sounded a bit off target from the sound of his voice and he had to think to answer my questions, I think I may have messed up what he was tring to do. He gave me a call back 800 number and when I tried calling it back it said the number is block from your calling area. I tried to call the number from my caller ID and it said all circuits are busy.

yep, second time for me...
I advise all to call your providers and have them block it. I'm more than sure it's a hacker!

i just recive a call from this number and they dont talk i call back and the line is busy

I have a friend that lives in Brazil. She meant to send me a text, but she called me by accident. Anyway, she was using Skype and called my cell phone. This is the number that showed up on my phone.
It seems like it gets funneled through this number.

i got 7 missed calls from this #,when i called back "all circuits are busy now, call back later".

It's a skype number. It could be anyone it's not linked to any one person. A friend of mine just called me from Italy and this is the number that popped up.

I had my roaming activated for my overseas trip to NY. I had a missed call from this number too. Tried to return the call but it went busy

Repeated phone calls from this number and now this number aswell 221 765 190900, 541 230 0003. And there's nothing that my provider can do about it.

Also got this call on a call.  No voicemail left or anything and couldnt recall who this number belonged to.  I never called nor intended to call back.  So after a bit of doubt decided to google this number and found myself quite surprised that I was part of this calling habit from this number.

And I doubt pretty much it comes from a skype number because if it does it never comes from a known area code especially from within NY or the US.

They started to call me 9 times in every minute from 8:15am. there are only a beep tone.

It is a skype #.....i am from new york and my bf is overseas when he called me from this number i was like why are you calling me from a 646 number and he was like it must be the number my skype connects with...usually when he calls me its something like 00001234 that shows up on my cell phone....i would suggest picking the number up when it calls you never know who you may be getting a call from...also if they are asking u for money or anything like you guys mentioned just hang up...as long as they arent harrassing you from this number then youre good...

I had a few missed calls from the 646-558-2000 phone number. I was just called again and picked up. I was told that they were a customer services representative calling to do a satisfaction survey for a repair place I used in Columbus, Ohio??? It didn's sound right to me and I quickly got off.

this number showed on my cell phone.  the called at 6am... no message... WTF

I received a call from this number during my visit to NYC and also from number 6014299007. Obviously I did not reply any of them due to I'm from Spain, and sure my company will charge a big amount for asking phone calls abroad.

When I called, I got the all cicuits busy recording. They have called 2 or 3 times. They went to VM but msg is blank.

I got a call today from it but i was my friend using skype!!!
