I was being charged 14.99 for this service which I never signed up for. I told my bank and was reimbursed. The next month they were able to charge me again. I tried canceling through spotify online and calling but got no where. I called my bank again and they're reimbursing my account again and now putting a stop payment on this for the future because changing cards didn't help. They were still able to charge me. Hopefully next month I won't see this charge. Like some of you, I only got this number frome seing it on my bank statement.

Have been getting charged 10.58/month.  Started off as student discount rate of $5.00/month and then doubled.  Phone number 646-837-5380 was listed on charge statement and is not a good number.  There is no way to get in touch with spotify except through twitter or facebook!!!  That is ridiculous.  This is a scam phone number and spotify should be aware of this and take calls from customers.

I have a free account with Spotify. When I go to check my account it specificly shows that there is no credit card account linked with my Spotify account. Now as of last Friday I have a $10.59 charge from Spotify USA on my credit card. I am quite frustrated that there is no way to contact someone and that I have to address this through e-mails. It is concerning that so many people have this issue. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company

I am having the exact same problem the past 3 months now they have charged my card 9.99 twice a month. I have tried to call also and the stupid automated machine. Am going to have to get a new debit card and unistall my spotify? I cannot figure out how to cancel this service. I'm not happy!!!

I do not do business with Spotify and just disputed a charge of $31.84 on my credit card.  This telephone number is no longer working.

I was charged falsely 9.99$ today by Spotify. I do not know why as I have no subscription with them. I had to cancel my debit card and hope I will have no more problem with these theiving mofos.

I was charged today 9.99 fraudulently and on the bank statement was the 6468375380 number which is no longer in use. I had to cancel my card Pronto. I never want to hear about effing Spotify again!

I got billed $10.79 from Spotify and I dont have an account with them

This company has billed my debit card about 4 times 4 9.99  an I have tried to cancel but there is no way so now I'm going to talk to my bank an investigate. An get my money bac I hve never used this service

Total scam... never signed up but somehow they got my new card after I had to get a new one. Tried calling the number all they do is try to sell you something else. Ask to talk with manager, get hung up on.

This is a scam and likely your card number was stolen. If any charges from Spotify USA 646-8375380 NY appear on your statement for any amount, call your card provider and report it as fraudulent activity. The above number does not work and I have never used or signed up for Spotify.

OMG! Being charged $9.99 every month!!! Tried to call and they hang up on me first call and run answering machin.

I had a charge to my acct and it said it was Spotify so I called they asked for my acct and said they would connect me to have it removed but I could not talk to anyone again

the same thing happened to me and when i called this number i was transferred to another number! they were trying to give me a gift or some crap.  I insisted on verification of the identification of the person I was talking to and the company name and the woman told me her name was Lopez but she was obviously Asian as I could tell by her accent.  I hung up and called my credit card company.

Somehow Spotify USA got a hold of my card number and charged my credit card ending in “6068” in the amount of $9.99 plus tax = $10.81????  I have emailed my Credit Union not knowing what the numbers were in the description on May 9, 2018 didn’t seem to match anything I have.  I received an email today from my C.U. Saying that the number 646-8375380 was a phone number belonging to Spotify and somehow my cc was charged without my conscent?  I want a full refund immediately, $10.81!!!

So I too found a fraudulent charge and called the number and I was talking to a bunch of people from India who would not say yes or no if they were Spotify and then they started asking me for my credit card number but not before they hung up on me twice... Then they finally said there were Spotify and in order to get my refund I would have to give them my credit card to verify that it was me... Even after I gave them my name and address... I told them Ill give you the last 4 digits and then you can verify with me if you are the real deal or not... Funny thing too is that I have never signed up for Spotify... I told them to beat it and called my bank right away... They didn't even hesitate to get me a new card, put a stop payment etc... Its like they knew what this crap was all about...
