I called 646-837-5380 to complain about duplicate Spotify charges - 2/ month for 10 months! At the end of the call a recording came on saying that I was going to be charged the amount I wanted to remove to purchase Vitamins! The people I spoke to clearly knew I was calling to contest duplicate charges, said they needed my CC# to remove the charge - but then fraudulently charged me that amount for Vitamins! When I contested all that, they disconnected my call.  No help from Spotify.  No QC. No Costumer Service!

I just finished chatting with Spotify online and they have refunded me the fraudulent charges.  I had no Spotify app.  They assured me I am getting the refund and the card has been removed from their account.  I am hopeful its real!

I called 646 837-5380 (Spotify USA) to cancel a recurring charge of $9.99!
Took 25 minutes to be connected to a live person (with a heavy accent)
I had to give ALL the info of my credit card including the 3 numbers on the back, address, phone = etc....date of birth....
They tried to sell me another subscription for $30/Mo. They didnt take NO for an answer and they tried several times to trick me!
I am keeping a close eye on my credit card!

This people on Spotify just tryed about 2 months ago to take money out of my card so I changed my card and got a new number and they tried it again they need to be caught I Google the number and its from Manhattan by 18th street

Someone is added Spotify  purchases on my account with out me personally doing so?

I was charged 99 cents. When I called the recording basically has a message to stay on the line to get a free credit at walmart!  I disputed with my cc company so now I need a new cc. What a pain.

Nov 16, 2020....the same thing and same charge of $9.99 just happened.

Scammers charged my debit card posing as a spotify charge. I'm currently working it out with the help of spotify and my card company. But this number is associated with doing this to many people and it needs investigated for sure. Spotify doesnt have a customer contact number which means..
