I cannot count the times these have called me. Every day I get the same call. The last two days its been the person I recognize the voice fro earlier calls too. Fed up!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat as all of you - have gotten this call daily for wks. now, no message left, &  they quite possibly may be the place calling that hangs up on me when I AM home & pick up, like when they wake me up early on the weekends.  I'm not about to call Canada (& get nowhere with the call), nor can I register my # on the Canadian DNCL, since it keeps on being rejected as "invalid."  I do not know how to stop this.

Calls come several times a day, listed as "Ontario". I don't know anyone in Canada, so I don't answer.

I just got call from this number looking for my wife actually...phone is registered on my name and I am wondering how come they got her name with this phone number ....

No they didn't say anything but there was deep breathing...I dialed *69 and this was the number 647-288-7825...wasted my $ for the inconsiderate person who didn’t say anything…jerk!

have called me 4 times a day for a week. I have never answered but they never quit. Maybe I will pick up and lat the phone down.Could cost a bunch of money for nothing. I'm sure they wont like that.

Please tell me how to get them to stop calling! they call at all hours of the day & night ...

some woman just gave me a call from that number and asked me if i'm able to speak chinese. i responsed "yes" then she said "good" and hung up immediately even without saying "bye" WTF
now i guess more troubles will be comig...

I get these calls daily. Said he was updating my free internet advertising. Had all my information. I hung up in the middle of the call. No company name just phone number on caller ID.

I was getting a call from the 2-3 times a day for a week or so.  I never answered.  they stopped calling after i let my fax machine pick up!

received call today 4/20/09 with the caller id 647 288 7825 and it said Ontario.  Caller was male with british sounding accent said he was from bank of america and said he had special services deal and then proceeded to ask questions....he got no answers but did get an earful.

My best advice is to treat the outbound operator like a piece of [***] and act like YOU are an operator yourself, only you don't make outbound calls.  YOU only answer calls.  How can I help you? you called me... lol. I used to telemarket inbound so its easier than it sounds.  Just say it over and over,  "Simpsons' Garage Doors!, How may I direct your call?"  they will give you something, of course.  Say, "I'm sorry, (<command>) is not a valid entry."  just keep saying the same thing over and over, maybe the rep will waste his/her time trying lol and That is fun, wasting someone's time when they're not even making a sale! lol.  Yeah Blame Canada.  420 4 eva. Cali rules.  U all should just take the next phone call as an opportunity for some venting, and i'm not talking about coors.  BE A JERK!!! It's fun.... the person calling you has become a jerk lol.  tell them u are not interested but don't mind wasting their time!  Tell them you are in the middle of taking a huge [***] in their mother's mouth!  Tell them you are deaf and to hold on while someone comes to the phone(but sound like a deaf person)then leave the phone off the hook.  lol lots of people deserve [***] and now its no longer your turn!

Constantly calling.

Get this number on my caller ID about 3 times a day.  When I call the number back, I get a recording.  It is a marketing firm.

Someone from Canada is calling me and would like to know who it is, and why they are calling me.  Please email me only and not call me.

Sick of these calls.  Never say anything. If I don't know who is calling, I don't answer.  If they don't leave a message I don't answer.  

What good is the do not call list.

Just received a second call within 2 days from this number.  When I answered on the 1st ring they hung up on me.  What kind of company calls someone & then hangs up when the phone is answered.

I called the number back & got an answering machine stating their representatives were busy.  I left a message stating to remove my number from their calling list & stop calling.

How can a company make several calls a day but never say what they are calling for or be on the line when you answer?
