I've spent almost 3 hours today investigating this call. When I called TD credit card number, they confirmed that they had no idea who that was and advised I should not give any private info to them. TD said they are not affiliated with this Credit Alert. Then I called Credit Alert at their 1-800-548-2610 number, and it all looked so fishy. They had my personal info such as name and address which I refused to confirm. First person said he did not know what that 647 number was. I asked to be connected to a supervisor. Was put on hold for about 10 min. I told the supervisor about my conversation with TD Bank and she insisted they were legitimate business and that 647 number is even listed on TD website. I asked where and her response was she must look it up and move to the computer. Put me on hold for about 10-15 minutes. Then gave me some web link, which did not work. I grew more and more sure this was scam. She just kept getting caught in controversies saying one thing and then another. Put me on hold again and then a manager answered. Repeated the whole story about how they are connected with TD, that TD bank lied to me and not the other way. At the end, he suggested calling TD bank marketing department and having my name removed from bank's call list. And so I called the bank again and.... 1) YES, 647-943-3597 is the outbound number TD Bank use. 2) TD Bank is sharing your personal information e.i.  name, exact address and who knows what else, for sure the fact they you are their credit card holder with - "partners", Thant means third party. 3) Please do yourself a favour and call TD Bank. Tell them to remove you off 2 lists: marketing calls list and a list they share with 3rd parties.

This number has been calling for about 3 weeks,almost daily. FIVE calls today already! I have this number forwarded to a local mosque .Are they stupid ?

647-943-3597 want to talk about my credit. i rejected to carry on the talk.

This number called and just asked for my name,then no one talked after i said yes. It is a scam.

This guys said he's from BRI and calling on behalf of TD credit card. However I said I don't have TD credit card, then he said I'm sorry, then hang off immediately. It was weird from the beginning because the number is a 647 number which was hard to make me believe he's calling from an official authority

However, the even more weird thing was that he knows my name! This is creepy so I almost believed him if he's not calling from a 647 number....

I have been getting 2 or 3 calls a day from this number for a couple of months now. They never leave a message.  This is very annoying and they need to stop calling me.

I got the same call today .  I told them that  was not discussing banking info over phone .  I contacted TD and the rep seemed to not be aware - hope TD is not giving out our info to third parties?? Wonder why TD is not contacting police to shut this scam down

Same thing for me , I started getting a call from other numbers with the same voice activation other than just this one. I blocked their numbers they constant leave me voicemails over and over again . I finally called back I think she said she works for sabres on behalf of TD then started asking for my name . I automatically said no chance and hung up. Don’t give these people the time of day defs a scam .

Got a call from this number and they lady said the company is providing free credit check service for TD card holder. I dont think it is legit. I told the lady that i am not interested and i wont confirm any person information over the phone. I dont know if that is a real person or robot cuz there is always a long pause when she should respond.

I received a call from this number 647-943-3597 but I did not give them any information. I told her that I can not speak now. Anyway, later I checked this website and find out that it is a scam. I just wondering why still this number operate and doing scamming. I can see some messages from 2016!

Just got a call from this number...Jenn Hanson she said her name was..looking for my daughter and wanted to talk about her TD visa...I hung up, called the number back and the same girl answered, but it is a robot because it repeated itself , hi my name is Jennifer multiple times....lol beware of these scams

They got bouch of info from me

Called me today. I called them back and they said they're from TD Bank (credit card protection). At first, I didn't think anything of it because I was preoccupied, but then I realized when I called back they picked up right away and there was so directory. I confirmed my name (spell both first and last) and address - they knew my postal code though. After this I realized something was wrong and I hung up. Can they do anything with this information?

No message - scam

This number called me 2 times and I picked up once when I was very sick. A female voice told me that she was calling from TD credit card and trying to tell me smt but I interrupted her that I didn't care and I was so sick, I need a rest. She told me that she'll call me later.

I got a call every day sometimes 6 times a day omg so annoying

He said from pc financial mastercard, and he was getting alk my info my name my birthdate and address. But I insisted to give my birthdate. I think this is a scam.
