Let's file a suite against PredictoMobile, LLC. The company is a fraud that rips people off. Anyone can find a lawyer to help out? Thanks!

Predicto 654654 is simply s SCAM. I just hope that this number shows up on some nasty attory's phone that has a little extra time on hands and happens to be in a very bad mood. I am shocked that this scam can get US Cellular to bill for them. I simply had internet access turned off my phone.

Same thing happened to me.  This evening, I received 2 text messages from 654654, go on to read charge of $9.99 and some website predicto.com
First, I have never heard of the website predicto.com.  I had contact the toll free number, which is also listed in the body of the text message.  Got the run around and could not get a straight answer as to how they got a hold of my mobile number.  I wasn't buying there answers.  Although they claim that I do not have an account, they said that I had registered my number on there website.  Impossible, how could I have done such a thing, when I have never heard of there website.  They also tried explaining that someone had used my phone and had my number registered.  No other person has used my phone.
I am with TMobile, they're customer service is great.  I had called them, as the person at predicto.com told me to call my carrier and block SMS.  The customer service rep I dealt with this evening at TMobile, told me that this is a new scam with many of these text messaging companies.  They will text you and although you either ignore or never register the PIN and your number, they will bill you monthly.  Because I had called to report it right away, she said never to ignore text messages like this and to contact TMobile (or whatever provider you have) right away and make them aware of the problem.  Be sure to give them the code 654654, so they can block.  She also looked for any pending charges that predicto.com may be trying to charge me and said there weren't any as of now and hopefully there won't be.  If I did see charges, to contact TMobile and they will clear the charges.

Don't ignore there messages and certainly do not reply to there messages, regardless what your carrier will tell you.  You are only asking for more problems than you need to deal with.

My carrier told me that I had did the right thing by calling and reporting the text messages.  This is obviously a new problem as well as a scam.

I received two text messages in a row from them and I immediately called the Toll Free Number, which I could not get a straight answer from the rep I spoke with, when I questioned how they got a hold of my number.

My carrier told me that as of now, they do not see any pending charges from this company and they have blocked 654654 from sending me future texts.

I have seen 3 posts on here from there so-called customer service.  Well, if that person truly had BALLZ, they would give there name or a contact person at there company along with a mailing address, to send a certified letter to them.

They obviously do not know how to run a business, honestly.

This company says I signed up for their text messages but I didn't! I texted them to stop, quit, decease! They sent back another text giving me a user ID or something. I called their 800# and told them I never signed up for their services. I was told that my Verizon bill has been charged $9.99 for their services. I told them I wanted my money refunded and they told me they couldn't refund my money - that they would forward the information to their corporate offices. I will be calling Verizon Wireless about this. I never once authorized this company to charge my cell phone bill.
