Hi, just some experience to share over my encounter with Nax Capital and NIXDORF-AX

The whole story started since i was a client at AX Holding. I was like any common face, invested in a timeshare membership (Viva le Concerige) years back out of my stupidity and eventually was persuaded by one of the so many calls from those irritating irk telemarketer. And there I was, sitting and convinced into a settlement of my liability with AX holding. 2 accounts, 23k each.I was given a assurance on a maturity sum and a promised dividend yearly. Well its does sounds good especially after years and years of paying maintenance fees and without using it. I wanted to settle it once and for all. Though i felt that its seriously sounded too good to be true, but with a heavy heart, I made the commitment and left AX Holding, crossed my fingers, and hoped that things would proceed as promised.

Countless number of sleepless night soon followed, just couldn`t imagine what have gotten into me at that point of time to have just plunge my 46k hard earned money in. Heated argument, angry face was all I could expect each morning from my loved ones. My son even reprimanded me for doing such a foolish act. He fished out information from the net on forum, clients that has the same encounter, contemplating about the promised returns possibility. My heart sank entirely when I glued my eye online. What have I done ? My son educational fee, house repayment fee, all gone in split second. I went blank immediately I swear. The later part of my life was always down, lifeless.

One day, during the midst of my work, a number that I had lost hope with but expecting finally rang. It was the sale's consultant from AX. I was told to proceed down to AX to do a redemption for my investment dividend. To be honest, I was happy, yet feeling extremely skeptical. Would it be another scam that might dig my pit hole deeper, or a flower that finally bloomed. Could not convinced myself either way, this time round, i went down with my family. My eldest son, whom was now a doctor could at least protect me in a event if I was being push into a hard sell situation again. But things turned out pretty well, even on a condition that my family put it so harsh across towards the sale consultant in AX. The outcome was, I got my promised dividend and my family were pretty much convinced too that the initial decision made was right.

This went well for 2 years after the incident and I did received my yearly promised dividend. Just when I thought all was well. The unfortunate situation occurs. I received a call from the sale consultant, inviting me down for a serious discussion. This time, I was told by the consultant that I need to move the contract due to some stupid merger between them and another company. I was required to change my contract with no option given. It is compulsory. I was told that I am required to become a shareholder with the company and I had to come up with $30k. Else previous contract that is bound to AX, with all my invested amount would all go down to the drain. As my son was there, he notice that there is a redemption form. After a 3hr heated discussion, of course with supportive black and white document, I decided to go ahead with the propose proposal.

Once again, with a heavy heart, I broke the news to my wife. Well of course, without fail, hurtful word were trashed and exchanged. This went on for several months, in between, I had small talk and conversation with my elder son, comtemplating whether did we made a grave mistake or was it too impulsive to have went ahead without a further discussion with his mom. On several occasion, my son did call and ask for status, as discussed, this whole process should be done in a waiting period between 6-9mths.

No updates for the next 2 month. we held on. Finally on the 7th month, Nixdorf-AX, the new merger company consultant finally called. We were delighted to know that the time has come, and we were able to settle what that has been left hanging for a long long time.

We sincerely appreciate and am thankful to NIXDORF-AX for fulfilling the promise, though in between, the process were slow and sometime due to the company policy. We would have to compromise on the new ruling. This I would like to say, they have a long way for improvement. However, we are glad that we have chosen a right company for the settlement and anyone who has met up with them, yet not made a decision. Hope my experience here would help.

Just like most of the bloggers here, i was also an investor in AX holdings. Well.. as much i would want to listen your curse & swear...i'm delighted that i'm way exceptional. Last month i was invited to be told about the merger of NIXDORF - AX. My previous investments which i was supposed to be due in Nov 2014 is gonna be paid within January 2014 under the new share program which they have now. Its no longer you buy something from them or investing on them. Its $$$$ worth of shares that you are buying in the company.

Prior to my appointment, i even did a study on their new share program. When i attended the seminar, i was told exactly the same which i read online. They comply on all terms set by the govt & i don't see an attempt of scam or whatsoever. i was also given a share certificate which indicated my shares in the company. I would recommend that you can still pay a visit & check it out for your eyes
