You have my vote RC. Will drop you an email separately. As for the rest, advice is stop coughing out any more of your hard earn money. This is a bottomless pit. Like what I learn from CASE, consider whatever you have invested as definitely gone. If one day, Nixdorf-AX really lives up to their promise and does return some of your invested money, consider that a blessing. But if they or others call up just to ask you to invest more to recover your losses, advise is to reject the offer. This is what I will do from henceforth.

Have you been scammed by the ang mo? if yes,which I highly doubt it. If not you would not be asking the advise from those 'a notch above others' whether is this a scam. then if not, why are you calling him a scammer??????

Only a few employees abt 3-4 people.
Forthex Pte Ltd company is another spam timeshare. They will call you and said that they are calling from Nixdorf Pte Ltd.
And they will say all sort of things to make it feel legal.
Previously employee of this company, was also cheated. Many customers have been cheated.
Promise to pay $10 per hour. But never got paid after one month. They advertise very frequent in new paper for telemarketing position.
Working hours from 10am-2.30pm. Open on Saturdays as well.

No one have successfully redeemed the investment of the shares. This is true, as I am an employee and I am spam too.
I am not paid for the number of days I worked. And they told me to tell all my customers on the phone that we are calling from Nixdorf Pte Ltd, when our company name is Forthex Pte Ltd. And say that we are interested in buying over via a written cheque, which is NOT TRUE as we are doing exchanging of shares.  They will use all sorts of words to make it legal but like what you mention it is a teamwork between the two team players Cindy and Mark. Left the company without getting any pay,
contacting fellow colleagues to meet up and report issue to MOM. Have photos of the Company and even all the employees in the office.

Went for a meeting today at Nax Capital office at #09-37, 1, Harbourfront Centre and meet a lady call Ida, she was there for 3 months. She reports to a senior manager that give me a offer contract. There is a offer letter U$18,000 given to give for my Gold Crown Resort membership but this offer to transfer my membership to one of the Director of AX Exotic Tours, which I did not get his namecard. I wanted to take photograph of the offer letter to pass to my family lawyer for review the contact but they say no because it is their contract and I have to take up the offer on the point of time. If I walk out, they will consider that I rescind the contract. Appoint signing the contract, that means I authorised exotic tours to use my membership to arrange tours but I will not see my money until I sign a Power of Attorney to authorise their lawyers to check my membership in GCR USA and the whole exercise will take 6-8 months before my money comes in during the meantime if they find that if there are any monies and expenditures that need to be fork out, I must pay in full. I did not take the offer and walk out. I have walk out on AX holdings before asking to invest $23,000 in order to sell my GCR membership. Can contact me at andrsee@singnet.com.sg
