sent STOP to 66299 when i realised the so called quiz game was costing £4.50 a week but my credit had dropped by that amount. still receiving texts so keep deleting without opening messages, hope that stops them.

My understanding is that it does not matter that you do not open them.     The charge is for sending them.     Only when you run out of credit will they stop taking charges from you.

You need to stop them by contacting the people listed by Kenny above and then PhonepayPlus if you need further help.

Closing your eyes and humming loudly will not make them go away.

Vodafone charge you for receiving a text from this number even though I have no idea is this is. Vodafone have now blocked sms calls and messaging on my phone but I still have the £4.75 I know nothing about. They were not very helpful.

when you re-read the post three above your own, you'll find out who did charge you. voda (& every other provider) does receive a portion of the charge, so, not unlike my vacuum cleaner, it sucks

They got me for £27 before I knew anything about it, you must text STOP or they will keep taking money.  I have just got them to agree to refund me after weeks of emails and me threatening them with the FINANCIAL ERVICES AUTHORITY and COURT you must email them and demand and threaten them

This short code has obviously been allocated to a different robber since March.

Last month I got a message saying my new quiz was ready to play  txt stop to cancel they were charging me £3-75 a week. I was not aware that I had signed up to do a quiz ? I was given the option to op out which I did . I checked my 02 account I had been charged£11-25 to enter this quiz .My story continues last night I was-reading a story from the telegraph when  tesco's pop up said you have been chosen to claim money of vouchers ,enter phone number and provider. MESSAGE FALSHED ON SCREEN CONGRATULATION YOU HAVE JOINED QUIZ TONIC £4-50 no number to txt to cancel.

I am over 70 think this company must be getting a lot of money under. False pretences from people who can not afford it.I am very upset that this has happened to me twice in to months (Jane Austin is a sudonysm
