I replied by text and I got a reply from cricket cell phone ,which is what I have [a cricket cell phone] I asked who was this texting me, and they replied;;Cricket is not participating in this eventat this time. I AM STILL WONDERING WHO THIS IS CAUSE WHEN I ANSWERED I DID NOT MENTION NOTHING ABOUT WHAT WAS  IN THE TEXT, BUT WHY DID THEY ANSWER I DON'T KNOW.           SINCERELY GUADALUPE DIAZ P.S. I USE CRICKET CELL PHONE MYSELF

I just recieved the same message You know its just another SCAM I wish a person could reverse this on them and BLOW THIER PHONE UP.Im so tired of the Scams every time I try and list my property 4 sale.

Just got the same message. I've got a timeshare listed on craigslist and I've had nothing but spam since listing it. I went to Xan website and there's nothing there but a form. No way am I filling it out! Any info?

When we googled Xan.Properties.com we all got the same websites.  Which means they are compling a list of us and we are trying to find out who they are?!  The best way to avoid this is to just delete the message from your phone and it will end there.
