This # calls numerous times a day on my cell phone and leaves no message.  If you call you should at least leave a message.

So, I got a call from this number, GE money.  They might be money collectors, but I don't know why they would be calling me.  I don't have any credit cards.  Weird.  And they couldn't even get my name right.

So these calls wont END! They keep calling our home constantly everyday and within the last hour GE Money has called 4 times and they never stop! the last time they called they let the phone ring twice then they hung up. I picked up once or twice and they had my mom's name correct but wrong ss number and wrong bank account -___-
I told them they were mistaken and the guy said he'd remove our number from their list yet they STILL continue to call us!!

I'm so tired of these calls and I would really appreciate it if they stopped.
We have NO business with them whatsoever.

GE money is also affiliated with walmart credit cards and probably other companies. I have both/am not late or behind so don't know why they call my house than immediately call my cell phone. Very annoying when they call 7 days a week starting bright and early. The company does have multiple numbers

We started getting calls from this number about two or three weeks ago. Caller ID says GE MONEY, so we never answer (and never will). We've gotten six calls in the past 24 hours alone, with no messages. Irritating!

They just called again and left a message this time. "Call back or go to jcpenney.com/credit" I went there and there was just generic information for JC Penney. But here's the small print: https://www.onlinecreditcenter2.com/JCPenney/PrivacyPolicy.pdf. I'll be cancelling our rarely-used JC Penney card immediately.

They kept calling me because I had overpaid my credit card and they wanted to know whether they should send me a check or apply it to future purchases. That was all!

It is GE MONEY and they actually are the financial company for many credit cards some including kohls, jc penney, bank of marin, care credit,and so on so the call maybe for a different credit card or account.

I need to report this harassing debt collectors.

They call all the time, 3-5 times a day and leave no message, so I don't know the company or the reason for the calls.  I see from the posts that it's from JCP about late accounts.  I have tried to work with GE Money Bank to resolve the deliquency of my JCP account several times to no avail, so I avoid the calls.  I got NO help, no courteousness, no willingness to help or anything else from these people.

We just got a call from this number. It was in regards to our JCPenny account. The woman on the phone said it was past due. My wife informed her that it was not only current, but that in fact last month it was paid on the 17th, when payment is not due until the 23rd! The woman said "Payment is due every 30 days, so you should have made payment on the 17th." My wife replied, "When is the payment due each month?" "On the 23rd." "So, you're telling me that I'm being PENALIZED for paying it A WEEK EARLY last month!?!?" "Well, you paid it on the 17th last month, so you should have paid it on the 17th this month." My wife is livid at this point. She says, "It's due on the 23rd. It is NOT behind. I will pay it by the 23rd. Leave. Me. Alone." Unbelievable.

I owe $124. which I have already mailed the total check. Minimum due is about $25. Surely there are people who owe them more that they could harass. Just like all the others I receive many phone calls daily, sometimes I talk, sometimes I let it go. Penneys! Please discontinue your association with this crazy collection company. I like your products, I like your stores. You are making me hate you.

just had a missed call from this number...called them back and it said they were jcpenney...talked with an operator and told her that i had received a call from this number and that i dont have an account with them and would like my number removed...she asked for my number and my name and then told me that my number would be removed...hope this is the end of this...

No message left when phone rings.  phone rings from this number 678-518-3100 Please stop the calling.

These people will NOT leave me alone!!! I paid off my care credit 2YEARS ago and im STILL getting spammed by them!! 2 years ago I owed 35$ and I paid it! But now I apparently owe 260$ even though I don't even have a credit card with them, or anyone else
