I have been getting calls on my Cell from 678-594-4800 at the rate of more than once a day for over a week.  Is there a solution to these calls?

They call my house several times a week.  Who are they?

They call my cell several times a day. Have told them over 12 times that they have the wrong number, each time I'm told they'll make a note and won't call back. What do I do to get them to stop calling?

678-594-4800 - - called 2 times, left messages  - NOT carmax, but 2nd Chance Motors (only $100 down - Any Vehicle~LOL) -- - not sure where the CarMax tie in comes along, but thats who left one from this number 3 mins ago with me - idiots! You'd think if they've never had a callback or anything from this number that they'd get the message....but no.......

I would put them on hold after they asked for the person they were calling for. I guess they don't like to wait to speak to someone. It seemed that with as many times that they would call that they really wanted to talk to this person, but I guess its not important enough for them to wait until they come to the phone. They kept calling our business even after being asked to stop. When our attorney would try to call them back to order them to cease, they wouldn't let him talk to anyone because a computer would ask for an account number and hang up on you if you don't have one, which of course we didn't and that was the reason we were calling them about the mistake. We finally had to file a complaint with the public services utilities authorities and after two weeks the calls stopped. Our attorney wanted us to file a lawsuit to discourage them from harassing other people who don't do business with them, but we just don't have the time or manpower to follow through with it. Big corporations like this know they can get way with this because they think they're more important than the little guy without their vast resources.

I got a call from this number today and it was actually a legitimate call from my car dealer's service department confirming an appointment, though the callback number the woman left was different than the incoming number.

I get that call every day on my cell. But it never rings, it's just a voice mail. I tried to call the number back and i got looped into the "account" thing which i don't have.  I haven't had a car or account with CarMax in years! and this was not the cell number i even had then.  My address is the same so if it was some important correspondence, they could certainly mail something.

they call me 1-2 xs daily. they suck my phone minutes.will change my fone #. not if your mouth was on fire!

Carmax will call constantly if you are ever late with them........... if you call them back and tell them you will pay them when you get your pay check they actually say "Well the calls will continue until we get paid" I asked why would you continue to call me multiple times a day if I just told you I am waiting to get paid at the end of the week........ the answer, "Just tell the person that calls you have already made an arraignment".......... But why would you keep calling me if I already have an arraignment, that seems like harassment. "OH...Oh nose yous didnt..... that aint harassment, wees aints harraseummaming no one"

Look, I get you got to pay your bills, but seriously this is ridiculous. I will NEVER ever buy a car from these people again......... its like they think anyone that was stupid enough to buy from them must be a total scumbag.

They just started calling and leave no msg can I block this number????

This is Carmax Auto Finance.  They will call and harrass you even if you are one day late on your payment.  Even if you already sent the check in the mail or paid on the computer they will call you until it gets posted, even if your payment is sitting on their accounts payable desk. They will call you over and over all day long even if you already talked to someone. They have called at least 20 times a day. Yes that is pure harrassment. They are going to lose business with this type of bad customer service.

Ten thousand thumbs up- they've lost my future business and anyone I can tip off.

I have never had ANY dealings with Carmax.  No idea why they call at least once a day here.

Please quit having your computer call, very annoying, I am in the market for a car, probably will NOT go to CarMax however

They will keep calling you even if you are all caught up on your payments, sometimes only minutes apart. We just never answer unless they have a name for their caller ID. Sad, but true.
