.....Carmax calls 3 times a day, every day...we pay our car note ....678 594 4800.... I read all the posts above........these people are arrogant....they wake me when I'm sleeping, they call when I'm expecting important phone calls... and they havnt missed a day in 6 months.....they need to be stopped.

I have helped my fiance pay some of his payments, but I have absolutely no clue how they got my phone number because it isn't on the account. They aren't calling him, but they decided to call me. Its annoying because it isn't even under my name.

It’s defintely CarMax, but when I answer no one ever says anything! I know for a fact because we have a set up payment plan right now because we did get behind from Christmas! It drives me nuts, but I hope they figure out a different way or have it show up as CarMax and wish someone would say something on the other end! Lol
