Please message Dateline and 20/20 about these collection agencies!!! The need to be caught!ASAP!!!!!!!!

These people really need to be stopped.  I have paid them over $500, and now I'm needing to change everything I have.  This is ridiculous.

Mr. Jackson who did you speak to at this company? i have a lot of info on them so if u write back i will give it to you...let me now what "investigators" called you

usually the spouse use the information while the other is on active duty...

They are using a new phone number.  It is 404-228-6402.  It was Investigator Hollinger that called and left a message.  The name on the caller ID was MAUCONDUIT, LUN.

Ive recieved several calls from an Investigator Hollinger stating I owe his company $1700 for a payday loan in 2007... The address that I recieved the paday loan I have not lived there since 2000, false information right there. I asked that he send me something in the mail and he refused stating he had no such documentation. He threatened that I would be arrested but I know this is a civil matter not criminal. I asked that he not call my job and he went ballistic, saying I will call your job everyday and hung up on me. He called right back asking for Human Resources and a co-worker asked what company was he calling from and she never got a clear answer. The phone number is to a residence. I would be a fool if I paid this guy $1700 with only his word that I owe him this. Craziness! 404-228-6402

I received a call from Mr. Evans @ 404-963-5027 two weeks ago stating that I took out a online payday loan for $500.00. Well this not being the case nor did I take out a pay day loan. they stated I alleged to take out the loan using an email address from my employer back in May of 2007. I thought it was funny because I resigned my position at the end of March 2007 and moved from Dallas to another state. Also this Mr. Evans listed the so called references that I allegedly used. One of them being a minor child and listing her grandfather who  I never met or knew his name plus stating I used an ex spouse as a reference who I have not seen or spoken with since 1991.  To make a long story short Mr. Evans information was incorrect and false. I stated if he would like to move forward with this claim he would have to notify my personal attorney. I gave him my attorneys information and left it at that. To let you all know There are a lot of scams out there and junk debt collectors. I have successfully sued two so far and willing to go for a hat trick on this one. Worst part out of all of this is submitting disputes to the credit reporting agencies to get it off my credit report.

I received a call from this office from the name of a guy that called himself "Mr. Scott" he asked for my bank account info to payoff a payday loan I got back in 2007. He said if I didnt then he was going to file charges against me. He keeps calling and calling and Its really getting on my nerves. I heard that when people get these calls they are scams! 404-343-0257 is the number from the that Luna place.

Some of these people are being called about lons they do not have. I have taken out 3 payday loans and have paid three back. I am still receiving calls about loans that i never took out. They will not prove to me that I took the loan. When I ask for the paperwork they say they will send it after I send the money. Quit calling people infants when there is a legitimate scam going on. I will pay my debt IF I owe it!!!!!!

This "COMPANY" is a group of SCAM artists. Don't pay them ANYTHING. Tell them to give a written demand (DON'T give them your address) and if you get a demand, take that to your attorney. Without a written demand and your signature on loan documents or a legitimate cheque, they can't take you to court. If they keep calling you, tell them that you have their number and you are reporting them to the FBI for wire fraud / phone fraud. THEN REPORT THEM. If enough people call FBI about this number, the FBI will stop them.

I got a call from a Investigator Jason Thompson from the Bronx, NY 914-740-7366. There contacting me regarding a payday loan in TX . How the company CRG  hired a Head Arbitratort Michael Miller regarding a payday loan. If I dont contact Michae Miller at 214-666-6403 that there going to serve me and a warrant will be out for my arrest for check fraud. I asked what payday loan and when was this loan taking out, because I dont recall taking out a payday loan at all. When I asked I was threaten that I will be arrested for check fraud. I told them until you give me proof of these claims, do what you got  to do. What the heck is wrong with these ppl.
