Ok every one that got a call from them, lets all call them at the same time one day this week, whos in???  They called me what a mistake whats funny is there losers just like the loser that said pay  your bills. He either works for them or I bet my life hes a rich kid that never struggled cause daddy would bail his ass out. Im in what day and time I want to know who these people are now that I think of it this same 800 number called me the week before sayin they were with the us loan department and it was urgent I call back, so I did the guy ask for my social so he can check his system and make sure it wasnt a mistake...Now all of a sudden they say they have a warrent for my arrest...very strange huh....

I have recieved a few calls now from this number saying they are going to put out a warrant for check fraud against me from a payday loan back in 2006. I have never spoken to so many disrespectful people in my life! For starters they treat you and actually call you a "criminal". I just had 1 slip up from 2006 and no one since recent has ever gotten ahold of me to resolve this and what was a $700.00 loan is now at a whopping $2,600.00 which they want right away! I have asked several times for them to send me a statement with a layout of all the fees or just some kind of proof that I owe this money...nothing yet. They say they are not authorized to do that! I am not giving them a dime! If they want to come after me with a warrant, lol, which they can't do, then bring it!

I am so in on calling them all at once.....lets get these [***] ourselves. I'm almost ready to hop on a plane to Atlanta and go pay them a little visit

Dude, if you're going to bash anyone for not paying their bills, make sure you at least have an education first and can spell and use proper grammar. plus if they hired you then holy crap! We all should be scared if they let people off the street work for them, lol

I know people need to pay what they owe but there is a way that everyone can handle this.Noone need to talk bad about no one.You may the people who owe  debt are a worker for this company the way that everyone is talking dose not make this company look good about them self just don"t look good because in the state of texas no one can go to jail behind on a payday loan you can be sued by that person but that is it.And for your employer to talk like that is not right

Well, this company has been calling our landlord, looking for my husband's EX-WIFE who doesn't even live in the state anymore! I called them back because of the fact that they had contacted OUR landlord and they spouted off all of the ex-wife's information (including current phone number and address)!! So, if they have HER info, why are they trying to get in touch with us?? The lady that has called our landlord twice is named Santina Frayser but, strangely, she is never there when I have called back.. I have spoken with Chris who said they will issue a warrant to have my husband's ex arrested and their daughter will end up in foster care. To be honest, when they called yesterday, it seemed legit BUT when they called back today, I knew something was just WRONG because they have her phone number!! They had it before they called our landlords! Why in the world would they be calling US if they have HER info? They stated their company name is Investigative Recovery and the phone numbers are 678 648 5476, 678 648 5541, 678 648 5470 ext 170 and 104... They clearly said that they are NOT a collection agency... He also said that the ex-wife had submitted phony pay stubs as collateral and that she will be charged with Larceny and PERJURY?? Perjury is when you get caught lying under oath, not when you supposedly give phony pay stubs a company... That would be more like Falsification of Documents.. They BETTER NOT call OUR landlords again!!!! I am NOT putting up with this and will be filing complaints all over the place tomorrow!!

Once again you can not threat anyone someone in to stop them right now. Everyone in that company is going to be in trouble if it DO NOT STOP!!!!. There is a law for people like that. The employers there really needs to wake up and get out of there before they go down with that companyThey call me to but i call everyone who i thought was right to tell me about that company they gave good advice so shame on them IT IS NOT RIGHT for them to threat people with nothing.They are telling people, JUST PRAY FOR THEM AND HOPE THEY TAKE ADVICE AND NOT LET THEM GO DOWN WITH THIS COMPANY.

Hey to all the people on her I am an ex-employee of onpoint investigative services now called Investigative Recovery Services I worked for them for long time since old building but I have all the Information you need on them if you want it to get your lawsuits going..If I were you guys on here call them back and act in reference to your case and record the call record them stating there going to send you to jail and sent out warrant for you then call an attorney and turn them in that is how you get them and get there money not yours...lol..already an employee ( Investigator Pierce) and Owner (James Anyakora Onyeka) is getting sued because someone recorded the call so hey instead of them calling you and your family members threatning.. call them back and then act concerned and scared and let then threaten you and record and take them to court.. who will be sued now and who will get paid not them...U...lol..but yea if any of you on here need any information let me know I have all the information you need..New number is 678 648 5541 1755 The Exchange marietta ga....Investigavtive Recovery Services.

they cannot send you to jail for a civil matter...these companies vilate the fdcpa law and use scare tactics to get you to pay,,,record the phone calls and ask for vaildation and once you have to go to court play the tape and most likely the judge will dismiss your case.

Good i have already call the attoney general office and the bbb,ftc on them.

My husband received a call from Investigative Recovery claiming he owes $315.00 to a payday loan company (from 2007) and was being investigated for check fraud. They claimed we could take care of this "voluntarily" and no more problems would happen. I acted nice and naive and got off the phone to do some digging. The original payday loan place sent it to a collection agency and I was able to locate a letter sent from that agency. I called them, verified it was the same check number that Investigate Recovery was looking for and my husband had made a payment. It was not a full payment and it was sent to another agency. I contacted that agency NCA who said that the debt was SOLD last month to Investigative Recovery for the balance remaining which is $100.00. These people are scavenger debt collectors that buy these "uncollectable" debts for pennies on the dollar and use forceful tactics to try and get paid. The "agent" I spoke with even told me they are not a collection agency, they were just trying to get information on my husbands location and they would report this back to their "client". DO NOT AGREE TO PAY THESE PEOPLE! Ask for everything in writing, and if push comes to shove, make them an offer of about 25% or less to settle. They are SCAMMERS in my opinion and will use forceful tactics to get money they aren't even owed. If they threaten legal action, or say they are in the process of doing just that, call your state's attorney general. That is a violation of the FDCPA.

I Received the same call and gave all my info. then went and got a lawyer and started the investigation myself this is a scam.....DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION TO ANYTHING....i have alot of pull enough to get this broadcasted on the news and reported to the US Marshals along with the FEDS....Just dont give them a thing

Look Yall on the list for a reason, Yall Know Yout went to those pay day loans and never paid them Back, And if its over 1000 dollars then can result in a Warrant for your arrest. Look up your statew laws before you start filing harresment..

i have no problem paying if i owe it why cant they produce proof you could be paying any body with a prepaid visa or debit card and telling people your personal info cannot be legal. you have no clue buddy unless you are working for them
