had 10 txt's from this number costing me £13.50 why cant this be stopped this has got to be theft.... i haven't even subscribed..... how have they got my number in the first place.... this is so frustrating

i have had texts all night from this number 69155 and my bill is sky high as yo0ur charged 1.50per txt onlt thing i could think of tp do was get a new sim card and destroy the old one

i was at home in bed all alone and [***], i decided to go onto my phone and have a look at some porn. next thing i know i had 20 texts at 1.50 a go. i might as well of gone to the local [***] house, disappointed and skint!!!

went on a web site, didnt subscribe to anything, when i came off it i got loads of msges, i even typed reply STOP it sent me a free msg saying they had been stopped but i still recieved more, i will get charged a fortune for this and i want a refund, this is discusting and i want my money back, i havent viewed any content of any sort so i want a refund!

Adult site - contstantly texting my 11 year old son - £50 + charges in last two weeks.  Orange can't do anything about it.  Bling Customer care 08448870432 - mail box full so can't talk to them about 'unsubscribing'. Ridiculous

Got 50 messages this morning at a cost £75 any help to get a refund got it to stop after speakjng to phone company and got number to stop try to speak to sms company but mail box is full will ring later today and hope can a refund will let you what happens

Just had to change my number to stop these texts that have cost me £14.

I got 3 texts in 10 minutes from 69155 saying that i was billed 1.50£ I do not understand what is going on I have never hearded of this number what is going on. I have also been billed 4.50£

send "STOP" in capitals to 69155 make sure thats all thats in message and its capitals...

just had 12 calls in short succession from these lovely people they want to charge me 1.50 per text will be seeking legal advice

All i wanted was some boobs and i got a £15 fine >.<...... T-MOBILE USERS.. read the following.... On a serious note however, we txt "STOP" to 69155 and recieved notification "free service end" e.t.c... no more txts...

still just 2 be sure, its 02:30am so t-mobile's customer support team is closed but if you call the extension for report lost or stolen, you can speak to someone and if you do this immediatly! then they will log your account that you tried to resolve this issue straight away and it appears this will merit your defence if in deed you need to claim money back...

this number 69155 is constantly charging me and texting me im not happy and i want a refund of all the messages they charged me for

i would like to say that i work for this company,and i dont have an issue with it, first of all sending in stop stops subscriptions not charges for PPV content that has been accessed,( we will continue to charge untill all the content that has been accessed has been paid for) i would also like to say that there is a customer care number on the messages u are receiving so call it, we dont just pick numbers out the air and start charging them,we are a registered company,if you have a problem then call us and we can sort it out for you!! we are here to help!!!

I got msgs on my last bill from 69155 I called my network provider and they gave me the name Blue-stream Mobile and the tel 08448870432 I called them and they were surprisingly helpful and understanding. They stopped all messages to my number & sent me a cheque!! – Result!

My son used his phone to go on a site (Tubidy) to download Family Guy and immediately a download started with inappropriate content.  Although he closed this straight away, within 10 mins, he had 40 texts sent at £1.50 per time, from 69155 and 69700 who are an adult content channel called Blue Stream.  Despite phoning them to complain/get a refund on 0844 887 0432, they repeatedly put the phone down on me but there is an 'opt out' option to stop any future contact.  There is also an email to use help@blue-stream.biz where I have advised of this false introduction and requested a refund.

There must be good hackers out there that can shut down this system. I've had £4.50 stolen too..
I'l pay you £100 to shut them down!
