I can not see anyway how you could have been charged 11 times at £3 for sending stop? If you let me know the number I will look in to it and get it checked out because this is not how our code works and nor is it how it is charged.

Undesirable messges - please stop them!!!!!!!

Hi, i would like a refund for the balance of 27.84 for which i have been billed and charged for unsubscribed text messages, 27.84 is a lot of money for me as i have 2 children to bring up on my own and it couldn't have happened a worser time as i am trying to get over being burgled in febuary where i was left with nothing.   I am trying to replace items that were stolen bit at a time to make this house a home again for me and my children and then i get charged 27.84 for unsubscribed messages now that is daylight robbery and shouldn't be allowed.  I am going to look in to taking legal action as i can not aford to lose this money if not givien a refund.

contact these people, ask them to take you off their contact list and ask them to refund your money, if they dont, you have the right to go to Ofcom, state this fact to them if they deny you a refund.

Nigel, i have just contacted vodafone who is the provider for my 14yr old sons blackberry, i have been told that because you have been sending these texts we now owe them in excess of £200, i got the phone for xmas for my son on contract because he needs to have access to a phone 24/7 as he is diabetic. Now, we cannot afford to pay the bill he has had his service suspended, i am very angry and upset about this as this has happened through no fault of our own. I have now got another debt around my neck due to your company sending texts out to people who dont want them. I would like you to reply to this message and if you have any decency, you will offer a refund of all charges. I am going to contact your customer care dept and phonepayplus, if i dont received satisfaction, i am taking it further.

Doing some research, MIG (mobile Interactive Group) is a vendor which supplies the technology to companies to do this sort of thing. Phone them up and they can give you the details of the company that has charged you

Once again I have been charged £18.05 for something I have not requested.

I had the same problem about 3 months ago and had a nightmare getting my money back.
I am furious with Orange who allow these third part companies to add these figures to my account and then take no responsibility for getting the money back for me.

Got a lovely big bill from orange £1201.27!!!!! only £32 is mine the rest  is all for migcan, velti oh and impulse pay...none of which I have any clue about numbers are 79910, 61999, 80556...orange have been little to know help, did ask why they hadnt contacted me regarding high use (way over normal) was told  ye youd think you would have.....great. about to contact their customer care demanding to know what this is all about...
