I've been receiving this messages with some offensive comments, I lose all my top-up and it seems lots of those comments are from orange costumers so yeah, I'm stressed out I tried to "stop" but still receiving their messages D: Can someone actually stop this number? Because like I'm 15 years old and so Orange blocks my 18+ website access, so why do I keep getting this. FFS I hope someone report them.

Annonying as hell. No way for any group of professionals to act, or aspire to be associated with. Whatever your role if you choose to align yourself with this company, you are associated by the good and the bad.

Seeing as I did NOT sign up for any competition, or anything else, but continue to be harrassed by the company (and it is harrassment by any definition), I have taken the liberty to search for the said competition, and fill in the names and numbers of some of the local branch managers (ie store numbers). I have also attempted to put the number they are calling from lol and the free number...don't think it will work - whether they will have an automated filter, or just some non-brain dead staff - but the point is...anyone can put anyone elses random number into databases...so stop f***ing harassing people and then justifying it by suggesting it is clear cut that they have made an enquiry! c**ts!

Has anyone successfully managed to stop these charges ? If so, how ?
I am getting daily charges on Vodafone account, but no texts ever appear so no 5 digit code. Vodafone tell me its coming via internet now, and they wont help anyway. They keep saying I must be accessing the bluestream website  - I guess that helps to cover their own backs. Tried to cancel Bluestream subscription via email and also on automated phone line but charges dont stop.
    Any ideas ?

hi there i had theses bluddy texts they took 50 pound from me , all you have to do it scroll down to the bottom of the text and there should be a number there call that number and a woman should answer asking you if you want to unsubscribe, press one and press one again when she askes you .

14 y/o son's phone got them and it wiped £10 credit off that we'd just topped up!

Orange customer service advised me to text 'STOP ALL' to 69700 and then ring 0870 0631180 to get a refund.

Going to try that now then report them to http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/

just thought I'd drop back in and say how I managed to stop the charges.
I had tried calling the customer service no., also texting as advised on their website. Also tried email.
Each time I got a message telling me it had stopped. It didnt. This has cost us about £150 over 3 mths
I'd also tried calling Vodafone without much luck. In the end I called Vodafone one last time and told them I didnt care whether we were in contract with them, it would be cheaper for me to stop the contract and pay a penalty than it would to continue with these charges.
And amazingly they stopped the charges.
So the moral is, dont believe what your phone co. is telling you. They can stop these charges whenever they like if the threat is serious enough that they might lose some business out of it.
Good luck all who are still suffering
