People have taken this up with  Ofcom and Ofcom gave T-mobile and Virgin Mobile a tacit green light to continue thieving from their customers accounts.

The Networks paid the UK Government £22.4B for the operating licenses and a 'self' regulated market.

These texts are not welcome and never been requested. They are £1.50 a time and my bill shows 5 being received at the same time another a few minutes later and then another 7, 1 hour later again all at the same time - £18 that I am requesting they refund/credit me.

Their customer services line 08700 500755 is only open 9 - 5 monday to friday, so have had to leave a message for now.

This should not be allowed and should be stopped.

The company involved is mcintyre & dodd marketing ltd and i believe this will be a subsidary of virgin mobile because they will not help in dealing with this company.They would be able to stop this as all they have to do is not pay the invoice this company sends to virgin as virgin are collecting monies on their behalf
