Who is this number.  I don't have a clue but they have charged me £1.50!

i have been charged 2 lots of £1.50 within 1 minute of each other ( on the bill = text service received). who is it? anybody any idea. how can i stop this from happening again

I bet your with t-mobile. I think it may have something to do with MMS. unfortunately t-mobile say it isnt them so I get charged non stop.

It's the Gadget Show competition - you must have texted 63555, then they charge you by texting you back, and it shows on your bill as 700035108.

i got three texts from 700035108 and charged £10.50. anyone have any clue from where is this number?

Have been charged £1.50 three times within a minute on 31 Aug and again £1.50 yesteday no idea who it is, tried to text STOP number not accepted.  How do I stop this?

Just spoke to T mobile charges are third party from tv channel 5 re comp. never entered any comps.  had call blocked.

I had my recent top-up of £15 used up by this number and on investigation found out mine was from GOGOGY which is a weekly games site where you can win prizes. They send 3 texts at £1,50 each which is their weekly subscription rate. Just send a text to 80876 with the word "STOP" and they will instantly send you a reply saying you will not get anymore texts from them.

Hi, Snoopcherie.  Just wanted to say thanks for advice about  GOGOGY.  Been costing me a fortune and couldn't find out how to stop it.  Carried out your instructions and they have just texted back saying it has been stopped.  Thank you so much.

just recieved 9 messages from 700035108, i dont enter comps on phone and certainly dont subscrbe to things bill now high for blank text i never asked for

The Same happened to me, where I was charged £27.94 for simply receiving a number of texts from GOGOGY (which I have never subscribed to in the first place). There is however a number you can call to unsubscribe 08702480277.  I was surprised to hear that the scam texts apparently come from a service run by Channel 5 and the gadget show. Shocking!!

I also tried texting stop but it still is charging me.
Have finally got intouch with Virgin and canelled the number
Has anyone tried contacting the organisation ?

My bill shows a received text from the above no. at a cost of £1.50. I have no idea who this is and the reason for the charge. Can you help please?

My son has started getting premium texts from this number. H assures me he hasn't signed up to anything. I've psoken to Virginmobile who advice replying with 'stop'. They don't know the number and can't block it to his phone.

My son has had his phone for 2 weeks and his bill is huge already all because of these scammers, well I say his bill I'm the poor soul paying it :0( hopefully I have sorted it now.

Don't know who is sending these to me, one was £5.00 total £ 9.50!
I cannot find any record of this no. on. my phone?
How can I stop this?

I,ve just received my sons bill and he has £27 worth of charges from this 700035108 number he assures me he has,nt text any comps so will be speaking to virgin tomorrow and does anyone know who channel 5 and the Gadget show can be reported to i think its disgusting and they should not get away with it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[***] knows where they are from but my bill was 100.70 pound from them and t mobile said it was ring tones which i never downloaded discusting
