Have received several text from these people who give lotto results at £4.50 a go. Have no idea how they got my number.

Have just had a rather strained conversation with tmobile on this - ahhhhh!!!this is a lotto company sending texts!

how can you cancel this

You can send a text message "stop all" to 85200 to cancel this service. Maybe because you have registered your number on some websites.

I entered my phone number in a free stuff web site to get {not win} tesco vouchers I have been plauged ever since its cost me £20 a month for the last 2 months !! I have now had to have my phone blocked and ordered a new sim the number was not known to virgin mobile and that was the only way round it I hope !!! I did text stop all but it didnt work !!

this company is taking 4.50 as subscription for lottery texts.....i don't want them...never did.....virgin won't do anything about it either even though this company made it sound like part of their welcome package when starting a new contract...i want a refund....there must be a contact number somewhere

I've just received my T-Mobile bill with £4.50 charge on for a premium rate text message, not happy.

After ringing T-Mobile they have stopped text message from this number, they also gave me this number to ring to reclaim my £4.50.

Rang this number although not happy as I would have to pay for the call.

Phone options to stop the service (which i never asked for).

I then spoke to someone called Stuart and told him i want my money back as a i have never asked for this service.

He confirmed they will send a cheque to me within 10 days. We'll see.

Have just had the same lotto billing taking £4.50 per week from my son's mobile and only noticed on the monthly bill so was around £20 down with added VAT.  I Text STOP to 85200 and got an acknowledgement message straight back.   Hope this helps anyone else caught up in this legal theft - what has our country become?

Virgin gave me 0845 1309911 as the contact no. for this co and have tried to stop via automated message. when I checked my history they had charged then refunded some of the monies apparently randomly but still been charged about £50 over 3 months

how did you get through to a human being? just had automated messages then they hung up.
