no matter how many times i press 9 to be removed they never do actually remove me.

I want this companies name, address and phone number so i can sue them in civil court.

Please accept this as a criminal complaint.

This scammer continues to call numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and still further violate it by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line to answer questions. They fail to provide a physical address or a phone number when asked, since they have no operator on the line at any time. Their recorded message talks about how you will make a five figure income every month using their system where illegal marketing calls are placed on your behalf, but do not even mention what the supposed product that is being sold is, just that there are experts that will help you get your call system set up. This is clearly a pyramid scam. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.

I get a call every other day from a girl called Kelly & her boss is Jason . My cell phone shows the number when the call comes in as 702 359 5643. I somethimes listen to the message. It is a  3 minute message about making $ 10,000 a week, etc and then when you want to speak to some one at the end to tell them to go seduce themselves a voice from a guy named Jason tells you to leave your name and number. I press the do not call button on my phone and they still call.  The Telephone companies must get off the dime and push for legislation to stop this crap. I know they will not because they make money when the lines are busy.  I am going to call my congressman and complain.

Did not answer

I have been getting calls from this number over and over again.  And they actually use the caller ID: NOT IN USE.  I let the answering machine catch it.  They never leave any calls.

Of all things, the caller ID is "NOT IN USE."  I get call after call, day after day...I am SO tired of this.  I let the answering machine get it, but no dice, they never leave a number.

When I answer they hang up.  they constantly call during work hours.

They call and say I have a student loan. Which I don't not nor have I ever. And when I say put me on your do not call list they say they will. Or it's say push 9 to be removed from the call list. Which I have done both options numerous times over the last year. And they are still calling me. Please make them stop. Somebody, anybody. What do I have to do to make them stop I thought it was a law they had to remove you if you requested they do so.   HELP!

I'm 73, and don't need a student loan

Called my boyfriends phone well, his Mom's phone. Seems like the people call and listen and see what's going on maybe someone we once knew,  then he yells STOP CALLING!  He seems fake though. like a friend he doesn't want me to know is calling.
I'm perinoid now!!! but, could be something going on behind a home owners or girlfriends back.

I think its a ex GIRLFRIEND!! YES I THINK MY BOYFRIENDS TALKING TO THIS CALLER WHILE IM AT WORK.

Called and hung up. The caller ID said the call originated in Las Vegas. It's another probable scam.

Didn't answer; they left a recorded message telling me to press 1 to listen to another recorded message. Put them on my "block this caller" list.

This number 7023595643 calls me everyday
Today1/3/17 I pick up the phone they say press 1 off I want to receive 24,000 a week. Press 3 to remove my phone from the list I hang up

Called randomly i have anew number and i dont want them to call me back considering im using a recycled number from my service provider
