This scammer repeatedly calls numbers on the national do not call registry in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They continue to call after being asked to remove the victim's number from their lists multiple times, further violating the TCPA. They still further violate the TCPA by failing to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, and further by playing a recorded message without an operator on the line. They fail to provide a physical address or phone number when asked, yet further violating the TCPA, and the continue to place their illegal scam calls after being repeatedly asked to remove the number from their call list. Their recording states that the victim will make a six-figure with nothing to sell just by using their marketing system. This is clearly some form of pyramid scheme since there is no mention of any product or service being sold, let alone any emphasis on the product or its qualities. Do not provide this scammer any financial information.

Left message--said something about pressing 1 or 2 if you never want to hear from them again. Deleted text and voice mail and blocked number.

I have a land line through Magic Jack, they allow you to block numbers.
If you can, block them.  They are just testing to see if your number is a legitimate
working number to create lists to sell to other companies.

Asking to be removed hardly works.  Just don't answer and block their number.
I read that some of these companies are just fishing for working numbers to add to lists,
that are latter sold to other telemarketing companies.  And someone here is saying they make
a recording of your voice.  So if you don't recognize the number don't answer, if it's a legitimate
business they'll leave you a message.  In this day and age, you have to have 'caller I.D.' and never
pick up, unless you recognize the number.  Trying to ask these companies to remove you from their lists is like
asking a criminal to play by the rules.  Glad people are reporting these numbers here so we can be
made aware.  I've blocked some numbers, but new ones keep popping up.  Good luck!
