They call every couple of days.  I called 1 800 230-7068, typed 3 for other options and asked the operator to remove my number and address from their list.  They complied (for the next 5 years)!!

Got a phone call from the 702-616-7396#.First time I think. Let's start a class action lawsuit, if that's an available remedy. Of course there are many who don't leave a number on your caller I.D. and those are the most annoying of all!
You would think the attornies for the Hiltons would advise them against such aggressive actions, but maybe they are otherwise occupied.

They claim I stayed at 1 of their properties 2 months ago. (They gave me the name which I had never heard of.)  Last time I stayed at a Hilton property was in the mid 90s.  They promised to remove me.  We'll see.

Their Call Center Main # is 800-482-0047.

I have been receiving calls from this number on my cell phone ever since I stayed at the Hilton last month.  Someone is trying to sell me a "too good to be true" vacation at an Orlando Hilton.  They have my mailing address and wanted a cc# to confirm my committment to this offer.  When I mentioned taking time to think about it they were no longer interested and hung up.  It could be a legitimate offer but I'm not willing to risk it.

Just filled out a club rewards program card for the TownePlace Suites Marriot in Manchester, NH. I know this hotel is tied to the Homewood Suites Hilton across the street because I talked to the manager that handles both hotels to negotiate a long term stay for several people that work for the same company I do. As soon as I got my rewards card confirmation the calls started. Either one hotel sells the info to another or different hotels owned by the same people share the info. Anyway that is one way they get your info.

I'm calling to have my number removed- hope it works.  I don't want to pay for their marketing calls on my cell phone!!  Several of you commented that you haven't stayed at a Hilton, but they own Hampton Inn, Waldorf- Asteria, Homewood Suites, Embassey Suites, Double Tree, and Conrad Hotels.  Perhaps they got your number through a stay at one of these hotels.  My husband and I had a problem with Hilton over a stay, and they did WAY MORE than expected to help resolve our problem!!!!

The number calling you is the timeshare side of Hilton, it is a legitimate offer they are offering you a cheap ot free stay at a gold crown resort for free or cheap in las vegas orlando new york or hawaii.  Just keep saying you make over 150,000 dollars and you will qualify for everything.  The tour is quite pleasureable even if you dont buy into the timeshare.  Right now las vegas is one dollar for 3 days and 2 nights on the strip.  NICE accomidations.
they dont leave messages because you are on an outbound computer generated call system.  They are nice people.

They are in compliance with the do not call bcause all of you or your spouse are former coustomers or Hilton Honors members.  If you ask the agent NICELY to remove you from their list they will.  If you yell or cuss they will mess with you and put in the computer to call you every day.  They have been writing up people lately and screening calls (every call is recorded)so there is less unwanted calls and deleted numbers are being deleated for 7 years.

PLEASE remember, that the person calling you is a person like you we call 200-300 people a day and it takes a toll on us when even one person starst with cussing scresming or down right extreme disrespect.  They get paid by the hour and are just trying to make a living for their family.

Hilton is a wonderful place to work they treat their employees nicely.

I finally answered after them calling for weeks. It was a sales pitch, I was interested in hearing it but when she asked our family income suddenly they had no more packages left for any of the destinations!  And I picked the lowest one of the choices, below $69,000. Sounds like discrimination.

    Hilton Vacations.

They probably get your number different ways. Although I'm not sure, I can imagine the following ways.

    - One might be if you have stayed with them and you provided it at check-in,
    - Probably they get hold of it when you make a reservation,
    - Perhaps they get it when you sign up for their Hilton Honors program.

Their privacy policy  http://www.hiltongrandvacations.com/hilton-gr ... vacy-policy.php mentions an interesting way they get hold of someone else's email through you:

"From time to time, this site may offer a feature that allows you to send an electronic postcard or otherwise share a message with a friend. If you choose to do so, we will ask you for the recipient's name and email address, along with the text of any message you choose to include. By using this feature, you warrant that you are entitled to use and provide us with the recipient's name and email address for this purpose."

OK. To an extent it doesn't matter anymore how they got mine, I just want them to stop calling MY CELL PHONE. Arrrgh!

Acording to their website this is how to opt out of their marketing lists:

"If you have given us your contact information (mail address, fax number, email address or phone number), we may want to inform you about our services or invite you to events by email, telephone or post.

If you prefer not to receive marketing materials from us, you may change your preferences at any time by: (i) sending us an email to e_opt_out@hilton.com ; (ii) writing to us (and include your email address) at Hilton Customer Privacy Department, 5001 Spring Valley Road, Suite 400-W, Dallas, Texas 75244, USA; or (iii) using the unsubscribe function in the email you receive from us. We will update your preferences as soon as reasonably practical."

e_opt_out@hilton.com, eh?  Let's see if it works...

Woman named Michelle tried to sell me a cheap stay at the Hilton in Vegas. When asked of my income; suddenly I was eligible for a better deal in Hawaii. I acted interested so the manager came on and immediately asked for my Visa # to confirm the trip. No reputable company should be asking for a Visa # over the phone. No one should ever give their Visa to a telemarketer.  RUN from this caller.

Did a reverse lookup and i got the following:

    Phone Number:       (702) 616-7396
    Line Type:       Landline
Phone Carrier:       CENTRAL TEL CO - NEVADA
    City:       Las Vegas
    State:       NV
    County:       CLARK
    Latitude:       36.0300

Got calls from this number. Did some research and belive that this is Hilton telemarketing. My number has been on the "National Do Not Call Registry" for some time now so I filed a complaint. I encourage others to do the same... register your number and file the complaint.
