Two calls from this # today. I didn't answer because I don't know where the h*** the 705 area code is and I suspected it was a nuisance call.  For those getting dead air, that often means the caller (and their autodialer) is checking for "live" numbers.

got a call from this number the message says missed when I called the number back it just says 6666666666

Why should I PAY for a call "block" AGAIN? this # 705-995-0694 should have paid my call block AND my call display YEARS AGO!! how friggin bothersome!!!  they hang up ALWAYS, I don't answer, but have call display (paid feature),...............still why should "we" PAY for unwanted calls?????

This number was on my call display who ever it was did not leave a  message.
I phoned the number back,  nobody answered, within a few seconds a lady called me back,  she said she didn't phone my number. I told her the nr. was on my call display,  somebody from this number phoned.

This number belonfgs to a company calling themselves "Global Assets" based in the U.S. (At least according to their accent).

Wanted credit card information offering 0% interest rate for over $4,000 debt on card as where they were phoning from line went quiet and they hung up....Next time they get the whistle.....

It's a credit card phishing scam.  They are criminals.

They are after your personal information so they can commit identity theft.  They attempt to pose as a legitimate business, and try to get you to tell them your personal info -- name, address, date of birth, creditcard number, PINs, bank accounts, etc -- that they can then use to impersonate you and run up debts in your name.

These are bad people.

Got the call, found them here, damn netbugs. Wish there was some type of cyber-insecticide that worked for these scam callers.

this number is constantly calling, please block it.

Calls from this number are frequent and cyclical; i.e. 2-4 calls per day for approx one week and then nothing for a few months and back to 2-4 calls per day again.  There is no name attached to number on call display nor any message left.  Since 90% of the "bad calls" come as long distance calls, I never answer long distance unless I recognise the name/number as someone I know.  If I make a mistake and ignore the call of someone who really does need to contact me, they will leave a msg and I can return their call.  This works for me as I have not taken a "bad call" in more than a year.  Good luck!!

705-995-0694 as everybody else said some kind of company .but I pay for call blocking and I can't block this number good old bell eh?...I suspect it's the 995 part because as soon as i typ block 705 995 its says I can't block it....sooner or later they have to give up...I'm calling Bell to find out why I can't block this irritating caller!

its a credit card response to lower interest rates.. when I called back the number was a Magic Jack user (possibly a company or at home worker) their mail box was full so I couldn't leave a "message for them"

i have no credit cards so its nothing to worry about just an auto dialer.. I also use a magic jack so it is legit phone number. but just hang up all the same.
