It doesnt display the caller name only phone number but have received this call at different times of the day at business phone. I  agree with Matt below most likely Aspen Publishers or Wolers Kluwer as those are both companies our organization has ordered from in the past.  They never leave a voice mail.  I choose not to answer if I don't know the caller.

I work for a law firm, and manage subscriptions...this has got to be a magazine company.  They call me at least once a day.  I purposely monitor the numbers calling me...and this phone number calls me constantly.  I'm calling it today to be put on the "do not call list".  How tiresome!

Calling a couple of times a day, usually when I am on the phone, no message.

Got a call from this number yesterday trying to sell me some dept of labor rules and regulations. I hung up on them. about 10 minutes later got a call from 302-761-6503 from a guy in delaware. I hung up on him also when he starting asking all kinds of questions as to where i was located etc. Called the number back to see who it was and it said it was an unreachable number with the dept of labor. I don't know if the feds have got into the business of selling federal pamphlets or this is a scam. Would not surprise me either way.

The first incoming call from 712-853-5295 identified CADRE TELESER with the number.  The call was rejected.  Another call (2 days later) was received from the same number but with no identification.

The caller wanted to speak with our corporation president - she could not pronounce his name!  
(Automatic giveaway).  When told he was not in, she further asked if I was able to update information to continue receiving the CONCRETE PRODUCER magazine.
Did not like when told we do not do this over the phone any longer.  Persisted to ask that I confirm information she already had.  Once again I needed to repeat that we do not do this over the phone, and she hung up.

Calls my work place several times a week. I pick up and no one is there. Last call I got form them I stayed on the phone waiting to hear what it was and someone eventually came on. It was a woman with a very strong foreign accent. I hung up on her since I could barly understand what she was saying and it sounded like the connection form coming from some remote location in India. Busy businesses do not have time to sit and wait on the phone for a represenative to be connected especially when it is just a sales call. Be ready to talk when I pick up or stop calling.

Aspen Publishers, trying to sell an OSHA compliance guide on approval.

It's CCH Publishing.  They kept calling but never once left a message on my business phone.  They sell books on governmental tax/accounting practices.

Got a call earlier this week that my company was selected to receive a free subscription to a magazine. I told them we're not interested so they called back again today. Annoying.

Receive call at least once a week.  Hangs up after I answer.

do any of u get stalked ?? by going into stores, on the roadway ??... online ??

1st Call that i know of.  I didn't answer.  Filed complaint on National do not call registry.

Caller ID shows up as Terril 712-853-5295 the woman asked for someone who hasn't worked here in years. She wanted to speak to someone in Payroll regarding the new APA tool. I asked her name and she gave me Sara Dolphen with Aspen Publishers. I told her that the department head she was looking for was at our reomte office (that we don't have) and gave her the phone number to another telemarketer. She thanked me and hung up - I'm still chuckling.

It's dead air when I answer the line and caller ID says CADRE.  Worthless number

Got a call from this number and they left a message (I think unintentionally) "This [***] is so hard to get a hold of."
They don't even realize that I'm a guy...

Received a call this morning.  Left no message.

Received a package ( medical supply ) Gloves and company wanted us to submit via Credit card only over $600 for 8 boxes of Latex Free Gloves.  They said there company name is Ampex Medical Supply.  Still trying to verify however the company address is a UPS Store.  Be careful not to order or give out any Credit Card information to anyone from this number
