Hit this one with "S.I.T." tones. it WORKS! this one was calling daily until I did that. The SIT tones make it take your number off it's list...

They are a telemarketing company from Southern California.  You can call them back and tell them to take you off their list at 888-996-9238.

Got a call from this number and no one on the other end.....talk about harassment and a waste of time

I have received 2 calls from this number in the last hour on my caller ID.  After googling the number, I have filed a complaint to the FCC and DNC registry.

I also received some of these calls. Has any one found out what or where it is from?
I was just doing some research and found that the calls are comming from Datasention send email to them at dnc@datascension.com to request removal from their calling list.

1:00 am in the morning - SUCCESS!
I went ahead and had a quick chat with David Lieberman 1:00 am in the morning on his cell phone (702)283-8807.  This is 20 minutes after his company called me and hung up (dialer).  He is DataScension's CFO (Central Financial Officer) - 2nd in command.

I was polite, but let him know people don't like to be called at all hours and especially when you ask to not be called and some smart ass says they don't need to follow the law because of a survey.  I think he got the point, but will probably not change his company's policy.  

Well, I invite anyone who reads this to "SURVEY" the Executives.  Please be respectful and do not abuse, yell, etc... he is 65 and his wife DEBORAH may get upset.   I may consider posting good ole Lou Perisco's info if needed.  I was tired when they woke me and I'm going back to bed.

Bottom line - Businesses don't need to call people in the middle of the night, or on my cell phone, and take people off a list when asked without being a slimeball skirting around laws.
