Not my area code so I just let it ring.  My carpet cleaning company is in Oregon, not Orange County in California.  I figure this is a call to get money out of me, not give me money.  Not why I am in business.

Called, asked was I the owner of my business....I said I was. Proceeded to tell me that I was rated 4.5 on google (out of 5) ...but they could get me on the first page ... asked if I knew that so I politely said I dont really pay attention to it and I wasn't interested in outsourcing SEO ... this guy denied they were SEO. Asked about how I felt about customer reviews...said I never solicit them - at which point he just hung up on me. Obviously found my website online, sweet memento photography, and didn't pay a lot of attention to it because I do have customer reviews on there!!

Any business that cold calls like this, and cannot be honest with you, a potential client does not deserve your money or business. Any business that promises you they can bump someone off that front page and replace them with you....is BS. Businesses with relevant content to an internet search, that has had decent SEO will show up on searches.

This number will NOT quit calling me.  I have saved it in my cell phone as "BLOCK THIS NUMBER", and when I have called them back to tell them to stop calling me, I get an automated message telling me to leave a message.  I am now seeking legal action for all further calls, as I have asked a live person twice to stop calling me, and left a voice mail to the same.

After reading 3 pages of reports I called just to see what would happen. Call went to a GoogleVoice service which is free and not something a good or should I say strong business would use. Sorry guys at Splash Local I wanted to give you the benefit of doubt.

By the way I should be fair here, I do know of someone who  is using their services and they did in fact do some work. However, this is a very bad image that you willingly allow to happen. As someone in the profession as well, you give us all a black eye. Advice, get a real phone number, weed out the bad players.

P.S.
    The customer of yours by the way has already paid me several hundred dollars and is signing a contract with me:) it's just good business to be honest and have some integrity. Money isn't everything.I truly hope you learn this before someone is hurt or goes to jail.

Received several calls from this number.  Probably one a week.  Before I can even pick up they hang up.

i got continuing phone calls from (714) 702-5794 and they are professional crook and claim to be telemarketing.  They are RUDE, SCUMBAG, UNPROFESSIONAL, and DUMB*SS.  

Why can someone from law enforcement help all of us to stop this scumbag?

they are rude telemarketer trying to sell SEO services....they hung up on my in mid sentence when I was telling them no thank you I have someone that takes care of this for me.....he was very insistent and talked down to me.

Didn't answer the phone as I didn't recognize the number. They didn't leave a message.

I just got a call from this guy claiming to work for google. He just had a position open for the top 7 spots on google and wanted to know if I wanted to expand my business on google. He tried to ask if this was blah blah me and blah blah my business. I confirmed and then he kept repeating the position just opened and its his responsibility to fillt hose I said sorry Im not interested and he said not interested in expanding your business. I said sorry im already on google and then started to hang up and then he said ok I will take you off google. Such BS

SEO trolls.   These scum buckets call all day long. Every single freakin' day!

Called at 8:36am. Woke me up.  No message.  Added to blocked call list after reading other posts.

They called and hung up on my answering machine.  I get SEO businesses calling me all the time since most of my work as a coach is online.  I must be doing something right with my SEO if I have so many calling me LOL.

Sounded like a smartass who I'm not interested in conversing with anyhow.

Another annoying call that I didn't recognize the number and therefore will not answered my cell phone call.  They never leave a message, but call everyday.  I will not answer any phone not recognized.
Is the FCC or someone checking on this number and there business practices?  I am glad there are websites out there that I can look up phone numbers and see that they are scams.  

My concern is that I may be missing business because of the unsolicited random calls to my cell.

This company starts off throwing the name Google around, he wouldn't directly answer any of my question about his company and what specifically they represent.  When I started getting annoyed and asking him to remove my name from further marketing efforts, he interrupts me, speaks over me then gets angry with me.  TOTAL TOOLS, with zero brains!

The jack@sses just called me. Tried to sell me Google SEO services, when I said that I wasn't interested the caller cursed me out and hung up! I am on the Do Not Call List too!

Waste of time! Block this number on your phone

At first, the sales person (a woman) tried to make it sound like she works for Google. She was telling me how my site got a good ranking and I deserve one of the top spots on google ranking. Then she asked me questions regarding the business capacity and if I were the owner.

When I asked her to provide more info via email so I can discuss it with my partner, she transferred me to a "Technician" named Joshua.

I asked Joshua point blank if they were Google and he admitted that they work with Google but not Google because Google would never do outgoing sales calls.

When I asked further about what they're offering and the technical aspect of what they do, he got defensive.

I simply asked for more information so I could see the benefits that they offer and the cost so I could discuss it with my partner and make an informed decision.

Both of them were very rude and pushy.

I got a call this morning from this number, wanting to talk to the owner, I said he was not around, he laughed and hung up on me. He said his name was Ruben and he sounded very anxious and nervous. Scam alert!
