Keeps calling from 716-258-4800, says it is Dale with Offices of Med Law.  Important to call back at 866-316-3248 ext. 4788.  I do have past due credit cards. But they are using an old name.  I don't deal with creditors, my attorney does.

Get repeated calls from this number, frequently at early hours, i.e., 6:00 a.m., and then almost hourly after that.  Anytime my husband or myself has actually spoken with a person on the other end (they often meet our inquiries with silence, then a hang up), we have been told that they are looking for someone we have never heard of.  We have explained this multiple times, and have asked that our number be removed from their system, to no avail.  They have been calling in this fashion for almost 11 months now.  We feel harrassed, and we haven't even done anything wrong!  When we try to call back to complain, we get no response.

Newest tactic as of late.  Claim neighbor can't receive long distance calls so please bring this info to them.  They look up an address on google than see who lives next door.  They claim the neighbor has given my number as a contact for their long distance calls.  Neighbor say B.S., he can receive all calls.  These collectors probably look at these web sites to see who's talkng about them.

My family has no outstanding debts and excellent credit. This place is calling. They called last Saturday to leave a message a man called Newmaster? Niehouse? said that my dad had to call back or his 'name sake' and didn’t even give the right name. When they talked to my mom today they kept asking for the daughter but they don't even have the right name. My mom told who ever called today that she doesn't have a daughter by that name which is true! They told her they got their information from someone who gave them this number. So then this jerk gave my mother a lecture in honesty and hung up on her! What a jerk! The balls of this guy...I would like to call back and give a lecture in integrity. If these scammers had any morals they would stop calling. If they call again I'm going to start the process to file charges of harassment. Then we will contact the better business bureau in their area for a complaint. My mom called this number back to ask for their address. So who ever answered asked why…she told them she had a complaint…then they hung up on her. So a quick a google search you can enjoy thier address also.

    Here’s their address:
Redline Recovery Services, LLC - Buffalo
2350 North Forest Road, Suite 31B
    Getzville, NY 14068
    716.250.4800

Here's an e-mail address to someone in HR:
    hr@ulq.biz

Please send them a nice note to let them know in writing to take you off their list...then you can sue the crap out of them for harassment if they keep contacting you.

I received a letter from Redline Recovery, called the customer line, and was treated like a criminal. The lady said I owed money on my Banana Republic card, that I had like 5 years ago and wanted me to pay over the phone right then! I contacted my friend who is an attorney. She looked the company up and verified that they are a real company. However, she advised I research my rights. Turns out you don't have to pay any more than what you initially owed (credit card balance), even though they'll try to make you pay for years of fees they've tacked on. Apparently, they buy your account from companies like Banana Republic if you've missed a payment, let is sit, tack on fees, and then hunt you down. I did research, found I did owe $79 on my old account, but Redline wants me to pay $304! The only reason I didn't pay off my old account was because I thought I had and forgot about it when I never received another statement. If you do pay these people, use a cashier's check - DO NOT give them access to your checking account!

They called me and left messages over and over for a man I'd never heard of while I was out of the country.  When I got back, they called again the next day and I answered to let them know they had the wrong number, but all I got was told off by some snarky woman about "common decency".  Common sense would indicate that a voicemail of a 20 year old woman with an Irish surname isn't the Middle Eastern man they were looking for.  Total idiots in need of some professionalism.

Just got a call from a man who used my maiden name...I haven't gone by that name in 20 years...  left a message to call him immediately...his accent sounded european.  I do not speak to anyone over the phone.  Don't know how they got my cell number... I thought that was illegal!

They have been calling me for the past month asking for me. The first time I told them I was not the person they are looking for (I have no outstanding debts)they continued to accuse me of owing the debt. They still continued to call sometimes twice a day.  Today, when they gave me the last 4 digits of the social security number, I told them that was not my SS number.  The guy raised his voice - baiting me and trying to get information from me.  This was not the first time they have done this. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office of my state.

Got a call from these guys today looking for a relative of mine. When asked how they got my number the girl told me I came up on a serch of possible relatives. I told her I would pass on the information just to get some info out of her. They tried this awhile ago and it looks like the calls are coming in again. Her number is 716-250-4815.

this # keeps calling always looking for a name that does not live here.  When I call they ask who I am and tell me they have credit info on me.  I think that if they had that info on me they would be able to ask for me in the first place.
They are probably asking for the wrong people on purpose to get me to call them.

    hi everyone,
After reading what all u have said about this company i thought i would give  you all a piece of my mind.I have owed debt for about 3 years now to numerous amount of companies such as: sears, jcpenney, etc. I went on Free Credit Report.com and i got all the phone numbers i could to call and pay these jerks off. I called this one company " redline recovery" and spoke with some joker named "Joe". He told me that I only had to pay half of what i owed and it would be settled and out of his office. I told him my fiance will be  helping me pay this off so I would have to talk to him first.Well that wasn't good enough, apparently. He then told me he need an account number right then and there. I said "NO" i could not give him anything and why would i if they weren't going to take it out of my account til the end of the month.OMG!!! i GOT PHONE CALL AFTER PHONE CALL from these people. I have about 8 voicemail messages from them left on my phone. Very rude and unprofessional. Threats like you wouldn't believe. They called me everyday morning, afternoon and night all hours. I then answered my phone and told them i would pay it the next monday and it was an agreement, so i thought. They still insisted i give them an account number or they wouldn't except it.Finally i decided to go online and look up what was said about them and i didn't like what i read. I thank u all for your comments it was a big help. I am not giving them a dime. My credit is to the [***] already so what do i care if it gets worse. I dont think it can even get any worse.lol

My experience with them is the same as all of the complaints above, plus the use of foul language. Everything they are doing is illegal so please contact the Federal Trade Commission in Washington D.C. at 877-382-4357 and file a complaint.

Do not pay a red cent to this company. They will try to trick you into
drawing money out of your checking account or credit card.

I told this lady on the phone that I don't know who she is or what she wants.

And don't bother calling because I won't pay them a cent.

I told her to send me a letter, they said that they already did which was a like.

Then she tried to intimidate into paying by saying do you want your friends, neighbors, and relatives to know that you are a deadbeat.

I am not sure if I owed Sears Mastercard money but I refused to pay and there is not a thing that Redline can do about it.
