Just got a voicemail from 716-335-9947 today - the woman said her name was Miss Freeman from the "legal offices of PRG" with similar warnings about a legal action they had received that was to be filed against my name and my social (security number, I assume).

I have had similar calls in the past from similiar idiots who threaten to sue me or take legal action against me for either an unpaid loan or check fraud, etc. None of these people are willing or able, when pressed, to provide details on precisely what account or company they allege you owe money to.

THESE CREEPS ARE RUNNING A SCAM. THEY THREATEN TO TAKE YOU TO JAIL, TO INFORM YOUR EMPLOYER, AND ALL SORTS OF CRAP. WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS HARRASSING AND SCARING CONSUMERS LIKE US WITH THE END GOAL OF EXTORTING MONEY FROM US.

IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM, REPORT THEM TO YOUR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY, AND WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!

this person called and was asking for my brother. I got so scared because when i asked why they wanted him, they said he has a FILED COMPLAINT. I asked what the complaint was and they said they cant tell me and that my brother need to called as soon as possible. I know my brother doesn't have any problems or any complaints. The guy gave me his name. Its Mckenzie Johnson. And also a number to call him back at which is 877-799-4234. is this real or is it like a prank caller or something

They call me and ask for me using a name I haven't had in over 7 years. When you call the number they leave they tell me to some number that they never left ready.  I didn't bother to talk to them.

My husband received 4 phone calls from the phone number 716-335-9947, they would not disclose their names, what bill the call was in regard to, refused to send validation of the bill and were very rude. I decided to call them and my call was met with anger, hostility, and rudeness. I demanded to speak with a supervisor and he in turn answered my call with anger and screaming that he took my number off some list and insisted that I had called there 6 times, when in fact, this was my first contact with them. Continuously accused me of being rude and loud, which I was extremely calm in trying to get some kind of information. Finally, after countless accusations being thrown at me I hung up.

this number keeps calling me and my ex in jail for abuse got my identity stolen so these calls are annoying and i have victim issues to take care of verses getting these harrassing calls. they say they are in new york and have important information regarding legal matters against my social. Im trying to move forward with my life after dealing wtih ppl that use and abuse me. These ppl calling are so rude and need to be stopped.

Lady called my phone saying she has information to given of a civil suit, I said send it to me in writing  and started to ask the social listed... she hung up in my face, this people have been leaving msgs for  months....
its defiently a scam.... anyone who will not send u verifying documents  is a con!!  Watch out

A woman by the name of Bobby Brown called and said she was from PRG law firm and was letting me know that a civil claim was being filed against me were my name and social will be attached. And for me or my attorney to call back before end
of day or the civil claim will move forward

Can't understand horrible accent  and leaving messages all over town with people with the same last name but are not related to me and giving my personal imnformation

they called me and my mother for myself saying i owe money from last year that if i dont pay it the 27th then they was taking further legal actions i said can you tell me the name of the place i owe and she said make payment the 27th or ecpect legal actions. lol  her name was anderson i thing she sounded like she had a new york accient ... she was a rude [***] forsure told her to get a real job and work for her money and leave people alone ! stupid dont give them any money !!! try telling them to contact you attorney and that their car is being recorded they might stop !

We have started to get phone calls from this phone number since yesterday, advising there was a complaint filed against a family member. Told them we have no contact with this person and they hung up on us. I will file a real complaint with BBB

Now these guys are calling me.  I got this cell phone number about 2 years ago and bill collectors keep calling for someone I've never heard of.  When do they give up?  Talking to them does nothing to stop their calls.

so these people are a fraud because they keep calling me as well

A lady has called my cell phone several times and left a VM for my son saying it was a legal matter and that I needed to contact him to call them so they can get the legal issue taken care before the company they work for files fraud charges.  They left his name and social and obviously personal information even though I am his mother they should not have done that.   I called my son and he had no idea what the matter was about but he called them and they did not answer. I'm going to call tomorrow morning and tell them to remove my number.  

What a scam call from 716-953-3013 a fictious Allison Synder of PRG Litigation calling to report she works for chase and is collecting a debt from my son.  This is an obvious scam and needs to be reported.  We are also reporting to the authorities.  I would encourage everyone to report to the police if they receive a call from this person, company or number.

I just got a call from them saying I got a loan at cash net or cashnow in 2012 they had my name S.S home address phone number where I live in 2002 but they also had all my sister's work info on this claim as well were she worked it in 2008 and in 2012, her email address and that they would close down the account if I just paid 200$ and some change on it and the matter would be over. I was so pissed to find out this [***] then I looked it up and find out this [***] is fraud what can I do to stop them from calling me again!?

This people keep calling here saying I own them money for a fraud, they say stuff that doesn't make a spec of sense , this people are trying to get in my pocket and they are using the fear factor when I know well I am not a fraudulent person.

This mrs.snyder left me a message very nasty ..i am glad that i google this 716-953-3013 and come to find out its a bunch of scam..thanks for your advise

They have started again with the threats of legal action.  My response was that no legit lawyer resorts to these types of collection tactics, and that I filed with the U. S. Marshal's' office because I work right down the street from their offices in Washington DC.  I had almost a year of relief, then after the Target security breach, these menaces started back up again.

I got a call twice from this company saying they were going to sue me and my husband on a signature loan and when I told them that they cannot sue on a signature loan all they can do is put it on my credit they began to get rude and when I told them my mother was in the hospital dying they told me that was not their fault. This guy's name is Travis and he asked me "what kinda people are yall?" Very rude!!

That is EXACTLY what happened to me. They cannot do ANY THING they called my family also! I was very mad cause they were extremely rude and made awful comments.
