Telephone tuff guy Jay calls me wont say what he calling about just leaves his name.  when I call him he thinks he badass who he think he is?  Who do I file a complaint with?

They called me and they said that the bill I own Hanover hospital is going to go on my credit I told them I dont have the money and they are very rude about it and they do keep changing numbers because they are a scam like every other person in this world that does things like that.

Mike Simms is one of the most rude individuals whom I have ever spoken to in my entire life.  I will be reporting him to the company that hired him and I am currently researching my options as to which federal organizations monitor activities from scumbags like him.  He must be a very frustrated, unhappy individual to conduct himself in the manner in which he does.

I also forgot to mention that some of the bills that he's been trying to collect on were paid months ago but he refuses to update his records.

some lisa called rude when I ask what you want she was rude and nasty.  tell her a thing or two about how to treat people.

The #called me at work

This number called me at work even after I requested them to not call me at work.  If this is happening to anyone else they are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Report them to the better business bureau at once!  I did.

just received a phone call from this number.  would not tell me who and where they are calling from.  they wanted to speak to my husband and I asked where she was calling from.  the lady said its personal.  very rude and said we are speaking with your husband from another line.  if you are speaking with my husband on the other line then WHY call me at work?  since, they did not tell me where   they are calling from I googled the # to find out.  the bills they are talking about are paid from insurance company.

Thank goodness i read these posts before answering their calls...apparently, they are just getting started on me. They called twice - back to back, but left no message. I have my ear-piercing whistle ready for the next call...third time's a charm. Haha

A man called 7:30pm est time asking for my husband on my cell number. Told him this is his wife and he said try back later. I called back to find out who it is and the man continued to be abrupt and not answer who he is or with and doesn't answer phone back as a business but just hello and he then proceeded to tell me that he will notify authorities if I continue to call back. Asked for supervisor since it has to be a business involved. Continued to hang up after I called for more info. Don't appreciate the smart comments of telling me have a better day. This is my cell phone number not home or work and don't appreciate calls from numbers or anyone that doesn't identify themselves nor threats! All I got was name is Mike if that's true.

They wouldn't say why they were calling just gave me his first and last name

They called and I missed the call.  I called back from my work number.  Anita answered the phone and asked if this was the number they called me at.  I told them no.  They asked for my number and when I told them I would not give it to them they told me they could not help me then and hung up on me.

This number keeps calling my daughter stating she owes money for a medical bill with a doctor in our area.  They never say what doctor's office or what doctor.  Both the male and female person that my daughter talked to were rude.  So I called the number and asked what the name of the company was and he stated it was against federal law to give out that information.  This is the most bogus thing I've ever heard.  If you are indeed a debt collector why would it be against federal law to provide the name of your company.  This is a complete SCAM.  I hope these two people are caught and that no one ever provides them with their personal information.
