This is some fake crap. The number is not listed anywhere, I did a reverse search and the number is to someones apt in Brooklyn. This is fraud and I have passed it on to a friend of mine that is an investigator and I hope these scum bags are caught and strung up by their balls!!!!

call was mid afternoon. calls himself steve martin or mark brown or steve matthews or whatever... tell me im going to jail for a payday loan I took in aug of 2009. I cant get a payday loan I dont have direct deposit(employer is still in the stone age). Anyway these guys are scammers please dont give them money. The best thing to do is to call their bluff yell at them eventually they will stop calling, but be aware that its not the end of it. Every couple months they will call back and start over again like they never spoke to you before. Be prepared for the next call.

They left a message on my phone telling me I was going to have a lawsuit filed against me.  I called back.  The name left on my voicemail was Kevin Leon and when he came on the line the same guy said Kevin Johnson.  I yelled at him and told him this was not a legitimate lawsuit and I would fight them.  He called back 4 hours later and proceeded to tell me the same thing.  I asked him if he remembered talking to me earlier this morning and he pretended he didn't.  I said "I called you back on the number you left me" and he asked me to call him back on it again and I said no.  He hung up

These stupid idiots keep calling me, now it is funny, I just play along with their lies, I keep them waiting on the phone and say, hold on, I'm going to brush my teeth, when I come back to the phone, I let them talk some more of their bullchit, then I say Hang on, I have to sing my baby a lullabye, they get agitated and hang up.

Don't be scared of them, I've already checked with the Attorney Generals office and the FBI, they are scammers and they cannot do anything to you.  They use threats like you will be arrested or sued if you don't settle up with them asap...They are liers.


They even told me there was a lawsuit being filed against me in my county and I had to go to court the next day, I immediately called the county clerks office and they told me that these people were liers. Of course I knew that. There is no way anyone could be sueing me for anything so I just play along with them for entertainment.  They are stupid and ignorant. They have several different names and numbers, same accent, sometimes when I talk to them, they forget their own names.

They are lowlifes and God will punish them for their wickedness.

I'm sick of these idiots. When I think they are gone, they pop up again. I'll never send them one dime but they are so stupid, they wait a few months and then call you back, what IDIOTS, I hope they die. No wonder there is so much unrest in these overseas countries, they are idiotic people, well some of them. They need to get real jobs, grow farms and work instead of cowarding behind technology trying to scam real hard working people.

These heathens no doubt, stole my information, I'm thinking from a credit card application I filled out over the internet.  I never got a credit card but they are trying to say they deposited $500 in my checking account, which never happened, so I'm not really worried about proving my case but I'm worried they have my information.

What a bunch of idiots, I hope a hurricane comes through and wipes them off the face of the earth, they deserve nothing better.  They are terrorizing Americans that work for a living, and conning the stupid people.

I'll never fall for their scam but some people don't know any better.

These fools started calling (completely out of the blue) about 2-weeks ago, asking for a name I have never heard of.

I tried to explain they had the wrong number but they kept calling anyway so I finally said I was the guy they were asking for and what do they want?

These freaking foreigners started telling me a bunch of BS about a "sibling" (then a friend in other calls) of mine that was in desperate trouble and that "they" were going to help out.

These fools have goofy foreign accents, can barely speak American English and would never be hired by any type of law firm or even collection agency anywhere in this country.  Even if they were (hired) they certainly wouldn't be the ones making these types of calls.

Since they were calling me from Manhattan (hence the 212 area code), I asked them what street they were on. (they said they couldn't tell me), So I asked them to name 5 major streets in the city (I mean even a tourist could do that), NOPE, couldn't do that either!  WHY? Because these jerks are nowhere near Manhattan, up-state, California or anywhere else in this country.  Don't fall for any of this

Remember, I REALLY AM THE WRONG NUMBER but I played along.  They wanted me to "help" my unidentified friend by sending money. They asked for my credit card information, banking info, social security number, pin numbers, addresses, phone numbers, all kinds of things while all the while trying to appease my sense of loyalty and responsibility for getting my friend (still unidentified) out of trouble (also unidentified).

When I would ask for my "friends" name, the [***] would always tell me he would have to look it up and get back to me.  The same is true with the type of trouble "he" was in.

I gave them everything they wanted!  Made it all up!  Just to see what would happen, I balked at giving them a made-up pin number so they started "intimidating" me by threatening me with imminent arrest!

Told me, they would file a charges against me for falsifying information, continued with abusive attacks and more threatening "legal action" if I would not start cooperating! Oh yeah, and they were sending the police to arrest me if I didn't follow their instructions to the letter!

Told them I was VERY SCARED of all this and that they should send someone to pick up some money immediately to "make this all go away".  

I work in an extremely rough area of the Bronx and told them to meet me there -- my friends and I were going to open the most extreme can o' whoop as* that you could ever imagine.

For you foreign f#cks who are reading this entry, google whoop as* and see what would have awaited you!

Sorry to say, no one ever showed.  We had bats, chains and a whole host of other un-pleasantries awaiting our friends arrival.  They would have wished the cops would have shown up if only to scrape the pieces up and get them the hell out of there!

For any potential victims who may be reading this.  DON'T BE AFRAID!

None of their threats or intimidation are real.  They can neither hurt you or have you arrested or sued. They can't do anything to you or your family.  They are silly, barely literate foreign bottom-feeders who would be banned from entering this country if they even tried.  Do not fear them.

If you don't wish to engage them, never return their calls no matter what they say, or at worst, change your phone number.  They will never be able to touch you, I PROMISE.

The phone numbers showing up on your caller id are FAKE, they are not in NY or CA or anywhere else in the U.S.  Don't let them get to you!

Tell them to shut the F up and go away.

The thing that seems to have finally made them go away, is an AIR HORN blast EVERY TIME they have called.  No, hello, no what do you want.  JUST AN IMMEDIATE AIR HORN BLAST!!!!
