- Tracy| 1 replyThe calls I am getting calls as early as 5:50am! My caller calls himself John David, supervisor Andrew Dell both also with a thick Indian accent. A couple days ago, they called 17 times between 6:30am and 7:45am!! They left messages on 2 of my co workers voice mails saying that I had a legal case pending against me. They break all the rules! When I called back, I was also given no information. They just kept trying to impress upon me that it is a legal matter and that the police were going to come to my house. It just makes me really nervous because they told me my bank routing & account number, ss#, address, mother's maiden name, and driver's license number. It seems like I've put my info into an insecure site that they've somehow gotten into.

- Mary AnnI got a call from an Ari Young last night on my work voice mail stating that a case was being filed in their court jurisdiction under my name and social security number for fraud. Mr. Young stated that he was from ----- Consolidation Services. I couldn't understand the first word because he had such a thick accent. He stated that if I didn't call back in a few minutes I would be subject to arrest and be taken to jail.
I called the Attorney General, Lisa Madigan's office about this and spoke to Barbara. She instructed me to call them back and get as much information from them as I could. She told me to inform them that we are in a Chapter 13 plan and will not be discharged until 2011.
I called back and got a gentleman that sounded like Mr. Young but could not understand me. He gave the phone to Andrew Dell, who stated he was the Senior Attorney for Affidavit Consolidation Services and went on to tell me that a case was being filed against me. He started to give me the case number and I explained that I was in a Chapter 13 reorganization, at which point, he became very nasty and irate and told me that there was nothing he could do for me now and that I needed to have my attorney call him and he hung up on me.
I called my attorney's office and left them a message asking them to handle this matter and I again spoke to Barbara at Lisa Madigan's office to let her know what had happened. She is sending me paperwork to file a claim against them so they understand they cannot harass individuals in this manner.- Caller: Affidavit Consolidation Services
- dont believe the hype....i hope this will help anyone being harrassed by this company. this morning i recieved a phone call from a man who calls himself andrew dell. he claimd that back in novembeer 2008, his company "advance cash/pay" deposited $300.00 into my account and because i never paid the money back, fraud charges were being filed in court against my name and socila security number. i immedialtley contacted my banking institution to see if a said transaction even occured. my bank assured me that not only did a transaction NOT happen, but my bank aacount was not opened until december 2008. so naturally thay could not have deposited cash in a account that did not exist. Andrew Dell threatend to call police and have them come to my house and arrest me. calling his bluff, i beat hi to the punch and called the local police myself. the police came, took information including the 212 number andrew called from and other information about myself. he then called the number and spoke to andrew who after realizing he was speaking to a police officer; hung up the phone. please beware of information you put on the internet, these criminals are out to get you. dont be in such a hurry for payday loans, if you cant go to a facility and see and speak to someone, dont do it online. we cannot see the faces behind the screen, and we dont know who is getting our most prized possion...our identity. andrew dell and his colleages are full of [***], and are trying to scare you. i recommend that you change your account number, block their phone number, and file a compaint with your local police department. afteer being a victim, i feel it is my duty to warn and educate others. dont be a victim twice. take the necassary precautions to protect yourself. lets put these criminals in jail were they belong. continue to report them and cause awareness to others.
dont believe the hype. - Margaret| 1 replyAffadavit Consolidation Whatever left me a voice mail with a threat of a suit being file against me and my social security number AND the state was investigating (did not name a state) The phone number I was given to call back was 646-443-2091.
This is the second threatening phone scam I've gotten.
Stupidity- My scammer uses the same first name Steve (with an Indian accent), and 3 last names Johnson, James, now with ACS it is Senior Investigating Officer: Steve Carter
They have numerous personal information, but unlike internet, each state has due process for harrassing or threatening phone calls.- Caller: Affadavit Consoladation Services

- DelawareMy story is the same a man with an Indian accent name Joe Mackivan left me a message at work today. Said a lawsuit is pending against me social security number and that I would be "in big trouble" if I didn't call them about payment. When I called the number 347-602-4541 I spoke with a Curtis Jackson which I'm sure is a bogus name. He had an accent as well. He yelled and literally acted like a child. i told him I'll see him in court when the time comes.

- VanessaI also received a call from Joe Mackivan (I'm glad you could understand it, because I sure couldn't!) with the number 347-602-4541 at my work phone number. He asked for me by my maiden name...I've been married 16 months, and filed bankruptcy since I've been married, so I'm not worried whatsoever, but everyone please listen - you CANNOT go to jail over this. This is a scare tactic and you absolutely cannot get picked up on CRIMINAL charges for a CIVIL case. These people have to go to court first, get a judgement against you and the most they could do is garnish your wages. But you can't go to freaking jail. I laugh at these people...they are extremely uneducated and obviously LOVE trying to intimidate people behind their phone calls. Don't let them get a rise out of you...that's what they want. :) Kill 'em with kindness.

- William Davis| 5 repliesI got a call 1 morning, some one called Steve matthew. he gave me the information about a legal case which was going to be held against me. he had each and every detail of mine like account routing number, bank account number SS# and he also know my Mom. he then passed the called to his senior attorny. his name was andrew dell. he explained me each and every detail of the case file and gave me an oppertunity to resolve the issue out of the court. i rejected that proposal. he thretend me that cops and investigators will be at my home to pick me up. i believed that it was a scam and i hunged up. In 2 hours as he said cops and investigators broke down at my house with a law suit. The took me for introgation in the local police station. they had all the solitechnical proof of money deposited in my account as well as the recording of the conversation between me and Andrew. I got to pay my time and money to the court. now i had to pay a sum of $5000 to the court and i got a criminal record. i realized i could have solved the issue out of the court.

#2 If you do not repay money you this is not a criminal matter it is civil and you do not go to jail. There is no debtors prison in the US.
#3 No cops will show up to arrest you or interrogate you...as I said, owing money is not a criminal offense.
#4 Before you can be sued, you have to be served papers by the person suing you ---plus always call your county courthouse to be sure the papers are real.

- Jeff - Bronx NYThese fools started calling (completely out of the blue) about 2-weeks ago, asking for a name I have never heard of.
I tried to explain they had the wrong number but they kept calling anyway so I finally said I was the guy they were asking for and what do they want?
These freaking foreigners started telling me a bunch of BS about a "sibling" (then a friend in other calls) of mine that was in desperate trouble and that that "they" were going to help out.
Remember, I REALLY AM THE WRONG NUMBER but I played along. They wanted me to "help" my unidentified friend by sending money. They asked for my credit card information, banking info, social security number, pin numbers, addresses, phone numbers, all kinds of things while all the while trying to appease my sense of loyalty and responsibility for getting me friend (still unidentified) out of trouble (also unidentified).
I gave them everything they wanted! Made it all up! Just to see what would happen, I balked at giving them a made-up pin number so they started "intimidating" me by threatening me with imminent arrest!
Told me, they would file a charges against me for falsifying information, continued with abusive attacks and more threatening "legal action" if I would not start cooperating! Oh yeah, and they were sending the police to arrest me if I didn't follow their instructions to the letter!
Told them I was VERY SCARED of all this and that they should send someone to pick up some money immediately to "make this all go away".
I work in an extremely rough area of the Bronx and told them to meet me there -- my friends and I were going to open the most extreme can o' whoop ass that you could ever imagine.
For you foreign f#cks who are reading this entry, google whoop [***] and see what would have awaited you!
Sorry to say, no one ever showed. We had bats, chains and a whole host of other un-pleasantries awaiting our friends arrival. They would have wished the cops would have shown up if only to scrape the pieces up and get them the hell out of there!
For any potential victims who may be reading this. DON'T BE AFRAID!
None of their threats or intimidation is real. They can neither hurt you or have you arrested or sued. They can't do anything to you or your family. They are silly, barely literate foreign bottom-feeders who would be banned from entering this country if they even tried. Do not fear them. If you don't wish to engage them, never return their calls no matter what they say, or at worst, change your phone number. They will never be able to touch you, I PROMISE.
The phone numbers showing up on your caller id are FAKE, they are not in NY or CA or anywhere else in the U.S. Don't let them get to you!
Tell them to shut the F up and go away.

I'm also getting these weird voicemails from the same guy (with accent, barely speaks English) but he has different names, sometimes he's Kevin, John, Bruce, Mitchell, Steven, and on and on. It is the same silly voice.
This is weird, he says I must call him or have my ahhtornknee (lol) call because I have a situation that is bad or some creepy crap like that.
What an idiot? These people need to get some jobs.- Caller: United Federal Commission
- tbI just got a voice message on my job from a Steve Matthew stating that he's trying to get in touch with a friend of mine regarding a legal issue. I got supicious because first off because it was a long distance number, it was a foreign guy on the message calling me for someone else and then I couldn't make out what company he was from. My first thought was why is he calling me to get in touch with my friend? So I'm glad that I googled the number and found this site.
